My parents, my office staffs and myself stayed here for 4 nights and trust me we didnt expect this much hospitality as much as we have received from them. We literally felt like we visited their home and they treated us like "real guest"- the way we treat our friends and family when they come to our home. During our stay, we planned to celebrate my mother's birthday and they have so beautifully decorated the venue and made all the birthday arrangements that not only surprised my mother but all of us. We will always be grateful to all the lovely staffs at the resort and their super services.
Beautifully constructed with great architectural and well maintained resort. It is really an awesome place to stay in such a peaceful and luxury . Staff are amazingly humble with their service. Food was super delicious and the masala tea was unforgettable what a taste and every time we drank found same consistency. Room and Delores lovely. Morning walk in jungle and attending aarati in Cg’s saswat dham in the evening were wonderful.
Our stay at the CG Retreat was excellent. The retreat has massage/spa treatment facilities, a 9-hole golf course (not of exceptional quality but inexpensive and fun) , a peaceful woodland area of perhaps 2 or 3 acres for bird and wildlife watching, an excellent outdoor pool table and the guest lounge has a library and a beautifully crafted chess table. The manager also arranged a mini safari for us, which was inexpensive and we were picked up from the accommodation. As for food, we ordered the set menus each day and found everything to be both delicious, and of a high standard. Everything is tastefully decorated and comfortable. It is a less conventional hotel in that it is situated within the grounds of the CG industrial park and guests there are largely convening for business purposes. However, we were made more welcome by the excellent and highly attentive staff. I would absolutely recommend the CG Golf Retreat. Tip: order the peanuts with a beer. It was the most delicious plate of peanuts ever!…
This is the first retreat I've been to placed inside an industrial park. But it's positioned away enough to be quiet and peaceful. In front of the park is a beautiful temple with a very interesting museum. Staff are nice, friendly and welcoming. Chef cooks good Nepali and Indian food. From my first visit, the place and level of service has been improved. For example, WiFi connectivity in the rooms has been much improved since my last visit. However improvements can still be made. Thanks for taking care of me during my visits to Nepal.
