The worst of the worst I have ever visited. Only if i could upload the video of the food that was served and the way the staff treated I could define the horror of staying here. We wanted to leave but the only option was boat, when requested, a junior staff said you leave however you want to, no hotel service will be provided. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
The food was pathetic. Dripping in oil. When told the same, i was told that if you like it have it or leave. Guards along with the whole management is pathetic. Ambica manager of the property was very rude and Sagar engineer along with junior staff were using foul words. Rajiv GM did not receive a single call even after calling for 3 hours some 50 calls. However he was on talks with the property manager. I think this property should be shut.
We stayed 3 nights with our 5 years old twins after a horse riding trek and road trip in Nepal. The place is quiet with beautiful surrounding landscapes. The hotel concept connects with the nature: green energy, recycling water, producing vegetable, milk and eggs from their own farm. This is a fantastic place to relax with comfortable rooms and facilities including a beautiful pool and a great restaurant. The owners and The Pavilions Himalayas are also actively engaged in a cause for kids and education.
Pavilions is such a beautiful hotel - a combination of wonderful interiors, an idyllic infinity pool, incredibly luxurious rooms and delicious food and drinks (French toast, Yak cheese sticks and the Thali all deserve a special mention!). The staff are all so friendly, and it was great to meet owner Douglas, and his daughters too. The work the hotel is doing both in terms of sustainability and contribution to the local community is fantastic, and there’s lots of interesting information available about this in the rooms. This is the perfect place to unwind after a trek - we wished we could have stayed longer! We also did a mountain biking trip (booked by the hotel) around Pokhara along the lakeside which was brilliant and a great way to see the city and lake. The hotel is located just outside the city - easily accessible by taxi in about 20-30 mins. Thank you everyone at Pavilions for a very special honeymoon stay!…
We went to celebrate our anniversary. Perfect place to detox from tech and enjoy the nature. Every room is an independent villa with privacy. Food is all organic and freshly prepared. Their best part is the breakfast. Staff are super friendly. We have been 3 times till now and still looking forward to visit again.
