We were there for 3 nights and it was glorious. Everything about this place is perfect: - staff: wonderful, very kind and helpful - rooms: the little huts are just perfect. They are private, wonderfully decorated and have everything one might need. Natural soaps are provided and filtered coffee - grounds: the location is magical. You see the beautiful Annapurna...

Dear Srubka, Many thanks for your lovely review and for giving such an excellent summary of the calm atmosphere, food, service and locale. Our soaps are specially made for us in Kathmandu and are totally bio-degradable - a key element of our commitment to the environmental aspects of Responsible Tourism. Similarly we aim to grown our own salads herbs and...

Having read glowing reviews about this property we were anticipating a really enjoyable stay. First impressions, the car that came to pick us up was not big enough so my seven year old daughter had to sit on my husbands lap for nearly an hour. The view on arrival is amazing. I did not feel that the managers welcome was...

This is a great place to stay if you dontvwant to be in Lakeside. It's takes a while to get up there but when you do it's a haven of tranquility. The grounds are beautifully kept and the rooms eco friendly. You can be woken up in time to watch the sunrise over the Annapurna range which we did 3...

Dear Seasonedtraveller142, We were all worried about you when you arrived with your injured back - I do hope you will take it to your doctor back home! We are lucky to have a super clinic in Pokhara - part of CIWEC Hospital team in Kathmandu. They provide us with medical support, first aid training and sensible advice whenever needed....

I have visited Tiger Mountain several times and I now regard the staff there as 'friends'. The team led by Marcus, Jhalak and Dol Raj are very friendly and helpful. The food is some of the best available in Nepal. Local curry is excellent and the Western dishes are wholesome and tasty. The hotel focuses on ecotourism and so tries...

We lived in Nepal for many years and now visit quite regularly. This has and will always been one of our most favourite spots thanks to Marcus and his team as well as it's most lovely location above Pokhara, in the hills with fabulous mountain views and walks. The local staff are a delight and nothing is too much trouble....

Worth every penny. Hands down the best food and best service you will have in Nepal. Situated on top of a big hill the lodge boasts views of the Pokhara valley and the imposing Himalaya in the backdrop. Pure luxury and class but never flashy.
