Hotel is very near with the lake view.It is full of attractive flowers, plants with a garden and a swimming pool.No matter how big is the property it is always important how you are treated in the property. Well hospitable staffs like to mention all housekeeping staff ,service staffs ,chefs,front desk personnel gave us good care we are very much thankful to the Manager Mr Manmohan. Tad bit too late. I travelled to Nepal sometime in October 2019, and upon arriving to the hotel, I was impressed in the way it looked. However, the first night was rather rough as our room was filled with cobwebs and dust. Here comes the vibrant young man, the Manager for this hotel, Mr. Manmohan who immediately realized the situation and decided to take charge and ensure the rest of our 3 night stay there was in fact the best ones in that entire trip. Highly recommended and do look out for this gentleman if you are there!

I recently spent a month in Nepal. During that time I did a trip of a lifetime that included a 17 day trek to Everest Base Camp followed with three days of down time relaxing at the Pokhara Lakeside Resort. Whilst the trek was outstanding the three days was spent in sunny tropical weather. The property has a great vista overlooking the lake and was a welcome relaxing time. My room was clean, comfortable, and everything thing I expected. The food was very good and the breakfast plentiful. I spent a lot of time at the pool just relaxing with my feet up and the service for food and beverage was friendly and quick. The staff arranged a day out on the Zip Flyer which was thrilling and a must do! There was an airport shuttle which made it very convenient. As a former Hotel Manager I can say I was impressed with the hotel, their facilities, great staff, F&B, and location. No hesitation in recommending this property.

Pros - Nice hotel, a vast property. Lot of rooms available. Location is good as it's at a walking distance from main market. Staff is good and courteous. Cons - Biggest issue faced was of hot water. They switch off the geysers very often. Then you have to wait and waste water for good 10mins till hot water starts coming from the tap. It was too much to handle. The restaurant inside is good but the quantity offered per plate is less and hence not worth the price.

The hotel is off the popular lakeside area but the noise and hassle of the street disappears when you enter Lakeside Retreat Resort. The dining and pool area's were peaceful and relaxing, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the reception and restaurant staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. Very happy with the couple of nights we spent there and many thanks to the people who made it a pleasant stay

It’s always a memorable Mountain and Lake Experience in at Lakeside, Street No. 3, Basundahara Marg Lakeside, Pokhara – 6. This was our fifth trip there with family. The property is well kept, food delicious, and hospitality warm & welcoming. That is so close to magnificent Phewa Tal Lake and we enjoyed rowing on boats. The views of Mountains Annapurna and Fish Tail up close especially during sunrise and sunset is incredible. And when complemented by their sightseeing, and swimming we were filled & fulfilled with experiences and memories galore.

One of the best resorts I have visited so far in Pokhara with such good service and hospitality. Right from the moment I entered the resort and till the time I checked out, the experience was so awesome. I can never forget this place. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. All the members of the resort were so friendly and humble. Everything was so clean and hygenic and the environment was so calm and peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay . The food was excellent and the team ensured our desire and need. Of course I have to say the management team was so flexible to address our change in demand and needs according to the circumstances.
