I was expecting very good facilities according to the conversation with the staff, as I paid Rs10000 for a night. Room- Very poor condition (based on price) Food- Thakali Set was not good as explained by the staff. He said you will have the best Thakali Food comparing outside restaurants as it's a STAR RESORT. One of the worst Thakali Food I had here, but the breakfast was good. Staff- Very Friendly. Communication- The landline phone was not working.

Stayed there for two nights snd took two rooms. Only positive thing about this place is that room is clean and you get a lake view from balcony. Apart from that: 1. Between the lake and the resort is a garbage dump with a drain. 2. To add to this they have a sewage treetment plant right on their lawn. The air is filled with sewer smell as expected. 3. Their travel desk guy is ready to con you by every chance. Will make you pay 3000 for a bost ride of 800. 4. You might get lectured by their staff on not wasting food from time yo time. There is a general lack of sense of hospitality in Hotel in nepal and be ready to be fooled and conned on every instance. This resort is just part of that nexus. Avoid at all cost

Mr Prem Sharma services were excellent including all WaterFront Resort.The services which were given by them were really good.Good Quality Food and Service and hospitality is really good there nature is also good.

I really had a great time there. Location was amazing , resort is just next to lake and their travel desk (Mr. Deep) can arrange a boat which can come to lakeside to pick you up. If one wants to stay out of city hustle this is one of the best option. Check in was smooth. Rooms were clean and spacious with basic amenities. I simply love the view from my room. Food was delicious thanks to Chefs. Service was good ,thanks to Swiety and her team for their excellent customer service. Overall had a wonderful and peaceful stay.

We are a group of 6 senior citizens stayed at Water front resort for 2 days 3 nights. Found it an excellent place in all fields. Best location, an excellent hospitality, friendly and very helpful staff. Food quality was superb, they carefully noted down our requirements of food choices and prepared to suit to our needs. Special thanks to staff and restaurant manager Mr. Sharma who took special care of us. All the best to Waterfront for sucess.

One of the Best Stays in Nepal. The Staff is very friendly and Smiling. Specially Shivani, Sweety, Lokesh, and the Chef are excellent. It's a very good property location bang on Lakeside, not as other hotels that claim on lakeside but actually in the streets in front of the lake. It's very reasonably priced and can be booked by Make My Trip. Don't book with Agoda or Booking.com as they overprice the property. Indians should book from the Indian origin websites.

Been there for breakfast and find it so comfortable with warm hospitality from restaurant lady supervisor, and Mr. Amrit and varieties of their hygienically maintained delicious breakfast.... Ambience and peace around with lake views adds up your mind sooth around. Great place.

We are a family of 4 and we were suppose to stay only 2 nights at the Waterfront ( two rooms ) . But after the 1st night , we decided to extend our stay to 5 nights in total . The rooms are spacious and especially the lake facing rooms on the 2nd floor has the best views . The breakfast spread is really good and almost all the items tasted good . We did have lunch at the in-house restaurant on two separate occasions and the Thali's were of very good quality . Also ordered room service ( sandwiches and burgers ) and they were tasty as well ! Most importantly , the service received from all the staff at the property was top notch . Mr Sushil , Mr Arbaaz and Mr Prem made sure that all our food related requirements were met ie we specifically personalized the " Thali's " that we ordered and they made sure that we got what we wanted . And mostly satisfied with the support that we received from Mr Deep at the travel desk . He arranged for the activities which includes the Cliff ( at Kushma ) and Paragliging and the cable car . He followed up and made sure that all went okay . This hotel is highly recommend from my side . The views from the resort is the best in Pokhara !…
