Location, Views, Stay and Experience: 5/5 This hotel is located right at the Fewa lakeside, just walk through the gate and you’ll reach the lake.
The room was very cozy, facing the garden and partial lake view.
They have 24 hour running water but due to some ongoing repair work we weren’t getting the hot water one day. We informed the reception and they sent a bucket full of hot water for our comfortable bath.
Food: 4.5/5 We tried the masala chai, some paratha and dal. All was very good.
Only sad thing is they don’t have soy milk coffee. That’s a bummer for me because I am lactose intolerant. I generally carry a few lactose free milk packs so I requested them to make tea using the milk and that chai was good.
Services: 5/5 *Free shuttle service to the close by market. *We booked our cab through the hotel. *We booked the Annapurna Base Camp helicopter ride via the hotel. *You can also book paragliding through them. They take care of safety and book good reputed agencies for your experience.

We are a family of 4 and we were suppose to stay only 2 nights at the Waterfront ( two rooms ) . But after the 1st night , we decided to extend our stay to 5 nights in total . The rooms are spacious and especially the lake facing rooms on the 2nd floor has the best views . The breakfast spread is really good and almost all the items tasted good . We did have lunch at the in-house restaurant on two separate occasions and the Thali's were of very good quality . Also ordered room service ( sandwiches and burgers ) and they were tasty as well !
Most importantly , the service received from all the staff at the property was top notch . Mr Sushil , Mr Arbaaz and Mr Prem made sure that all our food related requirements were met ie we specifically personalized the " Thali's " that we ordered and they made sure that we got what we wanted .
And mostly satisfied with the support that we received from Mr Deep at the travel desk . He arranged for the activities which includes the Cliff ( at Kushma ) and Paragliging and the cable car . He followed up and made sure that all went okay .
This hotel is highly recommend from my side . The views from the resort is the best in Pokhara !

We booked a room here for 2 nights, Dec 30, 31 for 10K a night. An hour into getting the room, the washroom smelled of cigarette smoke and soon the whole room was filled with the smell. Talked to reception and their casual response was that there maybe someone from another room smoking (this is a non smoking hotel apparently). The staff are aware of the recurring issue based on my conversation with them and seemed absolutely clueless on a fix. A very irresponsible management to not address such a recurring issue.
They made a number of silly excuses such as there might be small holes between rooms causing the smell to seep through lol. They also blamed the residents in the room above us. When asked about taking action, they were reluctant and admitted that they didn't know for sure.. We asked for a different room and they didn't have any that met our needs. They didn't offer any resolution or an ounce of apology (maybe some training for the staff on conflict resolution/accountability/responsibility?). I had to ask for an upgrade room and they offered a "Suite" room for a night as it was booked for the 2nd night. Although the "suite" room didn't have the smell it was overlooking the entrance of the hotel.. the curtains didn't even cover the whole window causing outside light to come though at night. All the walls are so thin, you could hear someone sneeze outside. Don't really have to mention that we couldn't sleep properly. We went back to our original room the next morning and it smelled good for a while and then the cigarette smell came back. Requested reception folks to spray some fragrance and ofcourse they ignored it. We had to "sleep" through the smell. Even if you are a smoker, I am pretty sure you wouldn't want to sleep through that. They wanted us to pay extra for the upgraded suite room even though its an inconvenience caused by the hotel. At the end of our stay, there was no apologies from the reception staff and no discount offered for the inconvenience. On the other side, the housekeeping staff and bell boys were absolutely friendly and helpful. Dont book this hotel if you dont want to go through this or ruin your perfect vacation..

Great location, lovely setting on the lake, nice views, fun to watch the paragliding landing spot, convenient walking to the downtown tourist areas. Unfortunately the building and facilities have not been well maintained and everything felt very dated. The sheets and towels were stained or worn, pool chairs with paint chipping, pool cushions dirty, pool water cloudy, room furniture worn. The thin sheets didn’t even fit the mattress properly and kept coming off at night to expose the mattress (no pad!) which wasn’t good. The garden and other outdoor areas just seemed unfinished and randomly ignored. I will say, the staff were excellent and very attentive, prompt, helpful and pleasant. The food was pretty good though I was shocked a hotel of that supposed caliber didn’t serve proper coffee let alone have the cappuccino machine working. I hope with tourism returning now that this hotel can get the updated attention it needs.

Always stay here when I'm in Pokhara. Hotel with a swimming pool, helpful staff, tasty breakfast, and clean rooms. Recommended for the perfect place after trekking in the mountains. We forgot the swimming suit in a hotel and it was really helpful that the managing team organized the delivery of it to the airport. Thank you so much!

I recently visited the resort which I think is one of the best in the country. I was received by Bikesh Thapa at the gate. The room I booked upstairs with the balcony where I could watch paragliders landing by the shore of Phewa lake. He showed me all around the resort before he sat me in the bar. Beautiful friendly Staffs and amazing Food. I truly enjoyed my stay at the resort. I would like to thank Bikesh for his service and would like to visit again.

Waterfront Resort is one of the best hotels I stayed in Nepal, situated in the Pokhara city and on the side of Phewa lake, which was a direct gateway to lake. Talking briefly about it, the hospitality, ambience and the service was great. Talking about hygiene it was more than optimum, whether it be poolside, or garden. Along with it the food in the restaurant was also mind blowing, the taste, quantity was amazing, and gestures of the staff were so polite and soft. Specially mentioning about Sabina, has given a really good service, she was being available every time whether it be breakfast or it be dinner. And before checking out, they served brownie too along with a message, “See you soon.” Really sweet of them. Overall staff were also very friendly and soft in gestures. Keep it up!

Absolutely loved staying here. The staff went above and beyond our expectations. They were very smartly dressed and their manners we impeccable. I came with my mum who is 82 years old and we felt like royalty. Would recommend this place to everybody.
It was slightly away from the main trap which we loved as it was quite and no hassle. Only 10 mins walk along the lakeside to the town and shops. Although there are places to stop along the way if you’d like to have a drink or just to rest on a park bench and watch the action on the lake.
The grounds were very well maintained and was nice to walk though. The swimming pool was cleaned first thing in the morning. The hotel rooms was spotless. Cleaned very day with towel and bedding changes, very quiet on an evening.
Loved staying here. This is easy a 5☀️ recommendation.
