The North Face Inn was born in 2010 at the centre part of the lakeside, It is located centre but off the main road in to the lane where you have quiet environment with the lovely view of the mountain & it's nicely set up large garden. The North Face Inn has 20 rooms all with private bathrooms where you have solar & electric heated warm water 24 hours, free wireless internet access in all room and lobby area, television with cable network in all rooms, Air Conditioning in deluxe rooms, among many others. Our main attractions is the quiet location, nice garden, view terrace & the cleanest rooms (with soft bedding) & bathrooms in our category in town. We also provide airport/bus station pickups and drops upon request. Now under new management, we have added conference hall with capacity of 50 people. We're now also running a restaurant and bar inside the hotel premises to serve our guests even better, and provide proper breakfast as well as some local cuisine in the premises itself!

The owner made quite a few of the girls in my group feel uncomfortable with some unnecessary touching and inappropriate flirting considering we were all teenagers. Nice hotel but maybe avoid it if you don't want to feel uncomfortable.

Response from TheNorthFaceInn, Owner at The North Face Inn
Responded Dec 30, 2019
Hello Michellem, We are absolutely shocked and sorry to hear about this. Considering the fact, we held a staff meeting immediately after this review got our attention, with the revisions of cctv footage about what actually happened. We came to find out that the guy involved in this was not the owner, but the trekking guide we have partnered with to organise some of our trekking programs, and he usually calls himself as the owner of the property to cash in deals with potential trekkers. Despite the fact, we do not want to make this as an excuse for this irreversible incident happened at the place, we take this seriously and vow to never let it happen again. The management is very sorry for this unfortunate incident. We hope to see you again in future.

The North Face Inn gives you a welcome, private feeling and is place to stay when you plan to go to Pokhara. The rooms are clean, it has hot showers and fresh towels everyday. Even the food is really good if you don’t want to go out for breakfast/lunch/ Good WiFi in all areas. It is just a few minute walk to the center of Pokhara and its lakeside. So it is central but calm. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. And if you want to do some activities: just ask at the reception for them. Resham the manager will organize everything for a very nice prize. I am very happy that I stayed the 3 days before and 3 days after my trekking Tripp in this hotel! 5 of 5 Stars although it is actually no 5 Star hotel!!!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure to stay at North Face Inn at Pokhara either side of doing the Annapurna Base Camp trek. Our room was clean and tidy, had great views and staff were all helpful and friendly. Especially Resham, who went above and beyond to assist us in any way we needed. Absolute pleasure to stay there. Will definitely go back one day.
