We stayed at 3 hotels in Nepal and The Silver Oaks was the best and by far the least expensive as well. A win/win. The front courtyard is a lovely place to enjoy your morning complimentary breakfast, the balcony at the end of the hall a nice place to enjoy a late afternoon beverage. The rooms were very nice and... More

The management and customer service was exceptional, with staff members willing to help with everything we needed including organising Tims and Park permits, overall it's a great hotel situated in the heart of Pokhara but not for the budget traveller as it is quite pricey. Also the mattresses could be improved.

We've stayed in pokhara 3 separate times over last few weeks and so far silver oaks has been far superior to the other 2 places we stayed. Good location near middle of main strip, helpful staff and good travel desk. Includes breakfast as well which is a bonus!

The rooms were great and were at reasonable price. The hotel helped us by booking seats for zip flyer and even managed a taxi. The view from the roof of the hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was really a great stay.

We stayed at a total of 4 places in Lakeside (some of which were more expensive than here) and we were most satisfied with this hotel! What was maybe most impressive for me was the management. The hotel manager runs this place the way a hotel should be. Very kind, very helpful, very friendly and personal yet very professional. We... More

3rd time I've stayed here in two years. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is also very nice. I will be back again. All your trekking and other adventures can easily be arranged at the travel desk. A two minute walk to the lakeside main drag.

we spent 3 nights here- service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is in a side street and is nice and quiet. The garden setting was a welcome relief from Kathmandu and a great setting for breakfast or just relaxing. The room and view were great for the price, well worth a stay here. The manager/concierge...
