#Namaste. We are a family managed boutique hotel with a Tibetan Buddhism themed design concept. Faith in Buddhism has always been at the heart of our family lineage; several hundred years ago, our ancestor “Gopal Lama” is believed to have travelled from Tibetan region as a Buddhist monk spreading teachings of Lord Buddha. Later he is known to have settled in our current known village “Lwang Ghalel”, which lie in the foothills of Annapurna mountain range. In building our hotel, we wanted to do something that respected and made us feel connected to the will of our forefathers. So the name “Three Jewels” and the Tibetan design concept was conceived for our boutique hotel. We choose the name “Three Jewels” because it represented the heart of Buddhism, i.e. the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha; as these were also the values our forefather lived by. Today it is in the same spirit of Dharmic service, we commit to representing the "Three Jewels Boutique Hotel". Om Mane Padme Hum.

Stayed here recently before and after our trek. Previous reviews are accurate. Staff are very sweet and nothing is too much trouble, they organised taxis, laundry and even massages for us, and happily looked after our belongings whilst we were trekking. Lovely breakfast included, windows triple glazed so rooms relatively quiet despite being on the Main Street, beds comfy, showers hot. Location is great - a 10 minute walk to the main strip and the lake. So glad we found this place!

A beautiful, welcoming and sparkling clean family-owned place with a lot of thoughtful touches. Breakfast is excellent and the staff is more than helpful with organizing busses, activities etc. We would come back every time!

This is the best place I have stayed in in Nepal. The hotel was relatively new (about a year old they said), impeccably clean with very good showers and super comfortable mattresses. Having said that the stars of the place are the staff. They are outstandingly helpful and just so welcoming that it was hard to leave. Definitely recommended without hesitation!

We stayed here for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The owners and employees are wonderful people and the hotel is exceptional. Calm, quiet, welcoming, clean, beautiful views from the balconies, cute cat, Buddhist art, delicious and unique breakfast. Thank you Three Jewels for your incredible hospitality.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a great stay at the Three Jewels. The hotel is located on a street a bit away from Lakeside, but everything is easily reachable by foot. Good location. Our Deluxe room was on the second floor facing the busy street. Despite this, the windows are great and it was quiet, we slept very well. The shower and bathroom are the best we have encountered in Nepal. The room was super clean and relatively spacious. However, the best thing about this hotel is its staff. The staff was always extremely friendly and helpful. Organising taxis and busses worked perfectly. Rarely in Nepal does a taxi arrive on the time ordered, at the Three Jewels it always did. The hotel even packed us a breakfast when we had to catch an early bus, how nice! The breakfast is a set breakfast every morning, which was okay and plenty. We would have loved to see a breakfast menu. But we were also able to order other things than he set breakfast, so we were happy anyway. Overall, one of the best hotels in Nepal for this price range. I would absolutely recommend this hotel when staying in Pokhara and we would certainly return!
