3/4 minutes drive to Phewa lake the hotel gives satisfactory service to its guests. Restaurants & cafes are within walking distance from the hotel therefore, the location wise it is a good choice.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel at the 5th level. One room was Phewa lake facing, another room was facing fishtail, Annapurna 1 along with some part of the lake. In terms of view, it is outstanding as you can see mesmerizing lake & mountain ranges. The room is nicely decorated and clean. However, having a hairdryer, and indoor slippers would add more value. Wifi service is good. The AC & TV was in good condition. The only drawback was the washroom service. Waterheater didn't work so we had to bathe with cold water. Also, the Flash of the toilet was in pretty bad condition so we always had to call someone to fix it.

The interior of the hotel, room, and terrace is decent. The hotel terrace is an excellent place to spend some time as it gives an incredible view. There is a lot of space for parking. The breakfast buffet was good although options were not much. The staff of the hotel is accommodating. They answer all the queries and try to give authentic information. Whenever I called for room service they came on time and tried to provide the best service, sadly the washroom was troubling us.

Overall, our stay here was pleasant.

Clean and spacious room with good view. Especially the view of mountains from the rooftop is very great! The staffs are helpful especially Ms. Asmita at front desk is very kind, polite and helpful. She made our stay wonderful. The shower takes a bit while to warm up enough.

We stayed for 2 nights in White Pearl last month end. Its very close to Phewa lake. Rooms are very spacious, neat and clean, and from balcony you have an amazing view of lake. The staffs were very friendly and accommodated all our requirements. We had booked through our travel agency and were given two choices of hotel. I was bit skeptical with few negative reviews, still took chance and opted WhitePearl. Trust me guys this is the best hotel in that surrounding. The hotel has lift only till 6th floor and our room was on 7th where u need to climb few stairs. However the staff confirmed with us if we are ok to climb few stairs before allocating the room as we I was travelling with my Mom. I personally liked this attitude of informing everything ahead which many hotels fail to do so. We were literally tired after travelling for long from Kathmandu to Pokhara, however after entering the room, all our tiredness vanished with the breathtaking view of lake and hills. The receptionist were very friendly and helping, also suggested us few other places for visiting.Thank u Binod and Poonam for making our stay comfortable and pleasant. I have personally recommended this hotel to my travel agency to suggest it to others while booking their trips.

We spent two nights in a Super Deluxe Double room. As requested, we got a room on the top floor with a wonderful view over the mountains and the lake. They gave us a corner room, so we also had a view on the city. Therefore, as far as the view was concerned, the room was perfect.
However, the room itself and the furniture were a little run down. The shower is separated only by a curtain, so if you shower you will get the whole bathroom wet. We had problems getting hot water and needed to contact reception. The trick is that you have to open the water both in the sink and in the shower at the same time for a while to get it hot. Maybe this was due to the fact that the room was the highest room in the south corner of the hotel.
The breakfast was very varied, but some of the food was not hot anymore when we had breakfast at around 9 AM. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The hotel is placed beautifully and is only a 2-3 minute walk from the lakeside. The room is fantastic and well-placed. We can view Annapurna Range from the room. Breakfast was one of the most fabulous foods we ever had. Staffs are very polite and professional. We went on Pumdhikot and Gandaki Trout Farm in the hotel's car and the driver dai was very professional. Rooms were kept clean daily.

Very friendly hotel perfectly placed downtown Pokhara. The beds where excellent, nice views over the holy fishtail mountain. Staff was very helpful and hope to be back already next year. If you travel to Pokhara from Kathmandu I recommend you to fly instead of going by car or bus. 25 min flight compared to 12 hours on bumpy roads.

Me and a friend stayed there in December 2018 after finishing the mardi himal trek. The hotel is just a couple of blocks away from the main street (restaurants and shops).
The room was really nice, specially when compared to other hotels that we looked into. The view would have been beautiful were it not for the permanent fog. The only odd thing is that the shower gets the entire bathroom wet.
What stood the hotel apart and made me write this review is the attention to detail that the front desk had (specially one of the ladies). We changed our trip plan while staying there so had to book a plane (not your miles-alliance airline) back to Katmandu with short notice and they took care of it immediately. Once on the airport the flight got delayed and while waiting at the gate I received a call from the hotel (out of nowhere) worried as they knew that it was delayed and offering us to come back so that we could wait over there while they would help us look into alternatives. We couldnt believe it. (Fortunately there was no need as the plane ended departing soon after).
So, this is our way to say thank you.

A great reasonably priced hotel in a perfect location. We have stayed at Hotel White Pearl numerous times over the last 8 years and the entire staff have made us feel like we're at home. The rooms are large, the bed is very comfortable, good sized balconies, and a roof terrace that has great views of both Fewa Lake and the Annapurnas. The breakfast is good with a broad selection. I can not possibly say enough good things about the owner, general manager and all the staff from the front desk, housekeeping and restaurant crew. They have all treated us extremely well, even when we constantly change our reservations due to trekking. The general manager is always available and very helpful, he interacts with the guests to make sure they are comfortable and has gone far beyond what I could ever expect to accommodate us. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Pokhara.

We stayed there in Dec1-2 along with my senior citizens friends. Rooms are ok but not upto standard of 3 * facilities.
Breakfast is ok but dinner on Dec 2 is very poor quality of food with no choice.
Manager does not want to listen anything ,even the receptionist also same.
We requested to provide us a quilt but after much persuation ,they simply provide us with smelly blanket, which we rejected.
Overall not a good stay.
Only pro is the location very near the pehwa lake n market.
Better Avoid.

My family and I stayed at the Hotel White Pearl in Pokhara at the end of our Poon Hill Trek with Himalayan Icefall Trekking, who chose this hotel for us. It was an amazing experience after our trek and we were met with unexpected luxury and a wonderfully friendly staff. The While Pearl is also greatly situated in walking distance of the center of Pokhara. After our stay the hotel manager personally saw us off, which gave our stay an an unforgettable personal touch. We can only highly recommend anybody to stay at the Hotel White Pearl!

All the super deluxe rooms have mountain and lake view and some of the deluxe rooms too. I remember they said bath is available in 6-7 rooms, but we didn't stay in those rooms, so you better ask through email. I think balcony is present in all rooms.
