Stayed in this wonderful guest house for 5 nights over Holi as a break from work in Kathmandu and absolutely loved it. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful, rooms are clean and bright, there's bags of hot water and the early morning mountain views from the roof are stunning. Hotel Nirvana is a brilliant place to stay and fantastic...

Stayed here for a total of 18 nights last month(02/17). The purpose of our visit was primarily to spend time with our youngest daughter who was undertaking voluntary work at a local hospital. Our room was spacious, with a double and a single bed in the room. The room also had the capacity to house a wicker table and 2...

Stayed here in a twin room for just one night after moving from a more expensive hotel before our trek but returned and stayed for another 4 so we could relax and enjoy the wonderful Pokhara views, restaurants and sights. Great value budget rooms, hot showers, strong wifi, and very friendly staff. Organised our parasailing choice through the front office...

What a wonderful hotel! We spent the weekend in Pokhara and really enjoyed our stay at hotel Nirvana. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the showers are hot! The hotel owners really know how to make a hotel homely, and the fluffy towels were very welcome after a long time travelling. If you are going...

I stopped at Hotel Nirvana for the third time in November and December. As always, the staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms comfortable and good value. As on a previous visit, I arranged a trek through the hotel's agency. The staff were knowledgeable and able to give good advice. On the trek the porter was reliable and good...

Our family of six, 2 adults and 4 children, loved every moment we stayed at Hotel Nirvana. We stayed for 2 nights before and after our trek to Annapurna Base Camp. This made every part of our journey so easy. We did not have to worry about any element of the planning as the manager, Shiva, and all of the...

We really enjoyed our stay which is why we came back 2x to Nirvana, the location was also central. Shower pressure was amazing. Internet was...

A friend recommended this place and we weren't disappointed. I stayed with my partner twice (on either side of a trek to Poon Hill) - the first time on the ground floor, the second time on the second floor. Both rooms and bathrooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious enough for the two of us and our packs. The staff...

Hotel located nearly on Lakeside, lane opposite former summer royal palace wall. I liked the way of entrance leading through green and wet garden area. Staff friendly, fluent English, very helpful. Nice terraces on all floors overlooking surroundings, on the top roof possibility of dryin washings on air clotheslines. Tank with drinking water at the reception. Staff can manage the...

Delightful, very clean, safe, boutique-type hotel set in lovely little garden. Great, friendly staff who will do all they can to assist. No a/c but fan was fine. Free internet a little choppy in room, but worked well in garden. Basic menu fail able.
