Stayed at Hotel Yala Peak for five weeks and we were very happy with our choice of hotel! Super friendly staff, excellent location and clean rooms. The staff also helped us to plan and arrange our trips outside Kathmandu valley. We ordered our booking with breakfast at Yala Cafe, which was very nice.

Me and two friends stayed at Hotel Yala Peak for almost five weeks, and the staff made sure that we felt like home the entire stay, and treated us like we were family. The location was perfect, and the staff were very helpful and kind. Also the rooms were as shown on pictures, and quite spacious. All over happy with our stay, and would recommend Hotel Yala Peak to anyone staying in Kathmandu!

We stayed at the hotel for almost 5 weeks, and everything was great. The staff was super-friendly and helpful, the facilities are nice with several terrasses and the rooms neat and nice. They also had hot water and internet on every floor. Also, the location was perfect right in the heart of Thamel.

Found this hotel by eating at their joined cafe Cafe Yala. I moved here from the middle of Thamel at Hotel Access because of the noise and other issues. This hotel is down a quiet alley so no loud music from inner Thamel can be heard. Even though the walls seem paper thin, you can still get a good sleep. The beds were comfortable and Hot Showers. I stayed here twice over my holidays and would stay again just for the hot showers and beds. The wifi was a bit weak and kept dropping out, but they have 3 connections so you seem to always get some wifi. Staff welcoming and you get 10% discount at their cafe if you stay which is a great cafe. Single female traveler and felt safe as was recommended by another solo female traveler
