Lovely hotel with a wonderful restaurant. Very friendly staff. Hotel is full of great art. It was just a charming place. The staff was the nicest staff I have encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.Parasmani Regmi( the manager) was also so cooperative and helped me when needed.

The hospitality is just over the top Smooth check-in, quick service, helpful staff Mr.ujjwol was very sweet ,kind and welcoming Inesh rawal took a very good care with service as i came late at night and missed my dinner his service was quick and very helpful. And shout out to mr. Paras and sadhna again very friendly and kind ,Rooms were clean . It was a great stay over all ❤️❤️❤️ . Looking forward to visit again

Our stay at Mahabir Palace Hotel was delightful. Their services were commendable, and the rooms were spacious. The staff was helpful, and the amenities provided were excellent. We were warmly welcomed with welcome drinks upon our arrival at the hotel.
Mr. Paras, the host, was exceptional in providing us with complete support wherever needed. Although we faced some issues with the driver's attitude and driving skills in Nepal, Mr. Paras was accommodating and responded positively to our feedback.
I highly recommend Mahabir Palace Hotel for anyone planning to stay in Nepal or to directly contact Mr. Paras for assistance.

This hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. This was a great hotel with a great restaurant. Really loved the environment and character of the hotel. The manager,Parasmani Regmi was also a very nice person and so much cooperative with the staff as well as the visitors. The staff was very friendly. It's clean and a lot of comfort items to make you feel like home. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

We went to Kathmandu, Nepal to attend a regional workshop. We stayed in Mahabir Palace. Our stay is for a business trip so we stayed for a week. It was nice, and they have a pleasant staff. Very accommodating to our request. Our breakfast meal is delicious. They also offer room delivery but limited choices at night. Everything is nice except for the heater. The heater is not functional, so we had to request the front staff to repair this, and they did. The room rate is cheap and is inclusive of breakfast. The rest of our experience is great.

The hotel is strategically located in Kathmandu which is very proximate in businesses.
The cost of staying is reasonable.
What struck me the most is the genuine friendliness of staff who will go beyond to provide excellent service. This is truly reminiscent of Nepalese hospitality.
Definitely a must-stay hotel whenever you visit Kathmandu.

It was a wonderful 1 week with mahabir palace kathmandu. I was in a business trip to kathmandu and i found nice food awesome hospitality and family environment with great value for money. I found the real meaning of home away from home.

A comfortable hotel in the centre of the city of Kathmandu very near Soaltee Hotel and the main road.
The hotel staff was very friendly.
Food was very good. Almost like home.
Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.
Regular cleaning makes the hotel sparkling clean.
Recommended.
