This hotel is located very close to main market next to Le Meridian. The hotel has 3 floor plus one attics and rooms are small but cozy with nice bed and small siting area. People can also sit out and spend sometime.

Yeedzin Guest House is located near the grand Le Meridien Hotel and hence looks little pale in comparison. There are four floors in all, the restaurant is located on the second floor The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. Service is good but slow..

I stumbled upon the Yeedzin Guest House purely by luck: the hotel I was supposed to stay at had to accommodate an expansion in its group booking and shifted me to the Yeedzin. They sent a very comfortable car to pick me up at Paro airport but on arrival, I had a few misgivings because the entrance - next to... More

I spent three weeks in this hotel and maybe I got a bit tired of it. Location is nice, staff is friendly, the bed is OK and the heating works. This about the positive side. On the other hand, they had construction going on during the whole stay, even on Saturdays and Sundays. Hopefully it is good for future travellers... More

This is a lovely place, reasonably priced rooms with all facilities. Very clean rooms. Service is good. The restaurant and food is good too, albeit a little expensive. Four floors in all, the restaurant on the second. As it is located on the lane next to the main market area, it is free of noise and crowd. So a quiet... More

Charming, comfortable, friendly, cozy, convenient, warm, lovely.... just some of the adjectives that typically flow from us when staying at Yeedzin. I have no complaints about this charming guest house. It's not the Ritz, but it makes up for it in friendly, comfortable attitude. Rooms are variable, so if the first one you see doesn't strike your fancy, see if... More

This place is located about 5 min walking distance from the main bazaar of Thimphu. Resort: It is actually a Hotel and you do not get more outer space to sit and relax but the place is close to the market and the rooms are well designed. Rooms: The Rooms are very spacious, we stayed in the room with attached... More

There are many hotels in Thimphu, Bhutan, including some classy new ones coming up, but for all around comfort, convenience, and cost savings the Yeedzin is my consistent choice. I've stayed at this hotel many times over the past two decades, and prefer it each time. Yes, it has squeaky floors -- but that't one of the things I like... More

A great mid-budget place to stay within walking distance the main street and yet away from the din. Very cozy and comfortable, the people are very hospitable. The people are available at the reception much later in the night unlike other places in Bhutan that we went to. Extremely clean, with wi-fi (for a nominal amount per day) and laundry... More

I've been to Bhutan several times as an aide to an NGO, and I've always asked to be housed at Yeedzin Guest House. While Thimphu is not a very big capital, the guest house is near the clocktower square, the national textiles museum, the market, and great dining establishments ranging from high-end Bhutanese fare, Nepalese, Indian, and Thai. The rooms... More
