The hotel is a bit far from city center. However, the Memorial Temple is a 15 min walk. The hotel is tastefully decorated, clean, with a spa, gym, and restaurant. The room is spacious and has traditional design. The bathroom has a shower and tub. Food is excellent and staff is professional. Worth a stay!

One of the better hotels during our travels in Bhutam. The beds were comfortable and the roomms and bathrooms offered standard amenities. We had two rooms and each room had a large entry into a seating area with doors between the bedroom and bathroom. The shower was separate from the toilet area which is perfect and there was plenty of...

In comparison to other hotels that I stayed when I was in Bhutan, this hotel is smaller but it's very cozy & warm. I like the wooden interior design. It looks very traditional. The room I stayed is good & large. There's pool but I did not have time to swim. It's also near the Thimphu market.

Hotel is centrally located above the CBD and quite close to the Chorten. We were greeted with a welcome drink and check-in was prompt and trouble free. We were allocated Room 112-well appointed with fridge, TV, bath and separate shower, comfortable beds but no safe. Timber finishing evident through out the room. Buffet dinner was enjoyable particularly the cheesy vegetables...

The tour agency (travel across Bhutan) made a great choice of traditional hotels as we asked them to and this is a great choice as it is centrally located and the rooms are absolutely great and the hotel in total is full of amazing arts and crafts details. Service is very attentive but two things to improve, winter in Thimphu...

The hotel location is good, near the city centre of Thimphu. So, it is easy to find nearest amenities. The room condition is good and very clean, although it is a bit small. But toilet are clean also. The heater is good for the chilly night in Thimphu

This was our first hotel upon arrival in Bhutan. Upon check-in, we are provided drinks as we settle in. Because we had a child with us, we were given a one-bedroom corner family suite. Really huge sitting room and an even bigger bedroom. The hotel provided 2 portable heaters for our bedroom as well as sitting room where my child's...

Our first stop in Bhutan, in the capital Thimphu, and we received a warm welcome at the Namgay Heritage, which is situated just above the town. Tea and coffee, and free internet, and a decent sized room, kitted out in Bhutanese style rather than western. A fair bit of noise at night, not from rowdy locals, but from dogs. Hardly...

The room is quite small. The bathtub looks quite dirty. Heater is strong and can keep the room warm. Food is just so so. But service is not bad. The massage is quite reasonably priced but the massage room is very cold.

Tastefully-designed boutique hotel located at the heart of (not-very-large) Thimphu town. Cozy, heated rooms and great, homely service commend it. A short walk takes you to Chang Lam, where the cafes and nightlife are. Also has indoor pool and gym facilities in an adjacent building.
