Spent 3 nights in the hotel while attending a conference in town. The room was good sized, the bed comforatable and the shower great. The staff were friendly, although when I changed money with them I found out later that it was at a very low rate. Maybe they confused pounds with dollars or something. Didn't take any evening meals... More

We had three rooms in Pedling . It is a nice hotel with sufficiently good rooms . Location is good as it is middle of the city but do not expect any view from here . It is crowded with similar looking building and market around . You do get some good food outlets around Food is very average .... More

I have stayed for 2 nights while I was in Bhutan. The room is clean and nice and all staffs are friendly and helpful also. The Bhutanese food and Thai food were great ! This place located in the center of the town. You can walk around to see Thimphu easily.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during our just concluded trip to Bhutan. It is located in the downtown area, walking distance from the clock tower square. Overall, it was a pretty decent hotel, although I would counter their claims of being a 3* one. A basic problem for most of the hotels in Bhutan - no elevators.... More

We stayed at Pedling Hotel for 3 nights. Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was excellent. Breakfast was not so great. One veg dish , cereals, and live egg counter. Mediocre taste. Many many Dogs barking throughout the night is a problem in the middle of city. Not the hotel's fault, but travellers should be aware... More

We have been there for 2 nights, meals included. The staff was helpful, most (...) of them very friendly. The hotel is good situated downtown, near shopping zone and main street. There are lots of dogs in the street, you'll here them every night... the hole night... Rooms are friendly and clean, but very noisy from the floor. The restaurant... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. The room itself was fine, with a mini fridge, free wifi, a desk, and a large armoire. It didn't get serviced while we were there, as we didn't realize that you had to leave your key behind, which was fine. Staff were very nice, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, helping us... More

If you are looking for the most comfortable hotel in town, you will probably want to go elsewhere. But if you are looking for a great Bhutanese experience, this is the place to go. Prices are reasonable and you get a good glimpse of life in Bhutan. Service is good and location is great.
