I was moved to a room on the first floor at the very back of the hotel. The first 2 nights were fine, but on the third night as I left my items to go for dinner in the hotel restaurant, I came back to find my laptops and other personal items stolen from the room. A letter I received... More

Reception staff lovely and very friendly, rooms where spacious and beds clean comfortable too, no mosquito nets though! but luckily we didn't get any bites the two nights we stayed there. There was some nice music and atmosphere one of our nights there, breakfast wasn't great to be honest but it wasn't a big problem. I supposed for the price... More

My husband had IPU conference. We stayed at The Christmar hotel. It was a clean place with average food. The only snag was mosquitoes in our room on first night. But they had a fairy net which we used. For successive nights we sprayed the room. The breakfast was complimentary and was average. It was more like a motel with open areas and greenery. The WiFi was excellent... Not bad, friendly folks. Rooms a bit musty and need to change the carpets. the food was good though - very fresh. Internet a bit epileptic and not good for online business meetings. A huge downside for me was the power. the power went off whilst I was in a meeting and I expected a generator to kick in but... More

when we approached the hotel it looked encouraging from the outside but once inside reality struck and it was extremely disappointing. Rooms basic not very clean. The staff were friendly but ask them a question and they were hopeless. We asked for coffee in the bar area and it took so long to come I thought they had gone to... More

My first ever visit to Zambia last December 2014. Handy location. We had booked one of the functions rooms for our small intimate wedding which was suitable in size and all. The only disappointment was that the aircon was not working and we were all sweating and our make up was running down our faces after all the dancing and... More

You can go here without reading any reviews... you have all facilities which you require. you have pool, fitness center and great restaurant. WiFi is available. The live music band near the pool at the evening is main attraction. A long stressful day relieved.... Rooms are so comfortable.
