We were here for a meeting and later dinner; the great scenery and nice plants blended the environment. There conference facilities were up-to date! We had translators(not sure if this was for the hotel or for the meeting organizers) Lots of options on where to sit. We opted for the roof top to were our dinner was served and it...

This was my second visit to the Serena. Although it is difficult getting there from Entebbe Airport, due to road construction, this beautiful hotel more than compensates. Located in a beautiful location overlooking Lake Victoria the Serena is perfect for holidays and conferencing. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and the mix of local and Asian cuisine is deliciously...

I spent only one night at the Serena Hotel and everything was simply perfect until I was charged USD 1.06 for a bottle of water when I checked out. One shouldn't expect to pay USD 1.06 against USD 448.00 paid in advance for the staying. It's not at all a matter of money, but a five star Hotel should behave...

Dear Temistocle L, Thank you very much for taking the time to share with us your experience and rating us highly despite the hiccup experienced at check out. Management deeply regrets the unfortunate incidence because it certainly is not representative of the high quality standards and principles the Serena Hotels stand for. In the execution of our duties, we maybe...

This place!! It had it all. Comfy beds, delicious foods, nice people, big smiles. Once you get past the scary security guards at the front, you'll be welcomed and pampered. They went out of their way to get us anything we wanted. The water runs rusty and brown in the mornings. Not a big deal and certainly didn't detract from...

The Serena Kampala really is one of the best hotels in Uganda. I wanted to review the massage I received earlier today at their spa. I've had an incredibly intense couple of days and was in dire need of a good massage. This is one of the best massages I have EVER had and believe me I've had a lot....

First of all, all the amenities of the hotel are great: big wonderful room, no noise heard from the neighbors, 6 pillows to choose from, water, tea..everything you might need and a big amazing bathroom. bu then it comes the surprise: everyday...

Writing this from my room; the people are really helpful and nice throughout. Room is a good size with a nice bathroom and balcony. Free and good wifi as well. Breakfast is good and the restaurants are ok-not great. Service is very friendly, but a bit slow-not too bad though. Beautiful pool and grounds and the bar is nice and...
