Good service, from receptionist, housekeeper and restaurant the service was on standard keep it up, see you soon.👍👍 Good view of the town helpful security staff, good caring always smiling, my room was cleaned on time
The coolest place to be in Kampala. Workers are too friendly and ready to assist at anytime.Very clean.Hot shower always.Reccomendable to any traveller touring Kampala at affordable rates too.its great.
Have stayed here a couple different occasions now. The place is very close to the bus park which is nice if you are coming in late or heading out early from Kampala by bus. It is also affordable and has comfortable large rooms with consistent hot water. The wifi is unreliable and the bed sheets/blankets in the rooms I have stayed in are just big enough for the bed. Meaning part way though the night they always seem to come off the bed and if you are travelling as a couple one will end up with blankets and the other may not. I travel with a sleeping bag and used it last time during my stay here which improved my sleep. The staff were generally disinterested and a bit unorganized (didn’t have room ready upon checkin but sent us in anyways) but they are friendly enough and helpful when prompted. The biggest downside for me was the noise. Between the horns and traffic from the bus park and the call to prayer from the nearby mosque, which begins at around 530am, the rooms are always loud (bring earplugs). Considering the price and location this place is suitable for a night or two at a time. If you are planning on travelling by bus within Uganda and don’t want to walk around with your luggage this location is very convenient. Don’t expect high end service but this place is comfortable enough and a good price. Will likely stay here again.…
Tried this hotel because I'm travelling to Mbale and it's budget-friendly. The room is very hot and the bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. Just good for an overnight stay. Longer than that, look somewhere else.
The only thing this hotel provides is somewhere to sleep. The reception staff couldn't care less about their jobs or your needs and had the worst attitude. Wouldn't stay here again even if it was just for a stop over.
