Stained and ripped bedding, dirty towels, feces caked toilets, holes in doors, leaking toilets, smelly water in Taos or no water were the issues faced by my 25 colleagues and I. Staff did not seem bothered - focused their time watching TeleNovellas with high volume. Most of the “staff” were young “under 18” non-paid getting an experience a which of course is unacceptable- Poorly stocked so that simple things like Coca Cola or most of the menu were not available. In the meeting room at least 6 chairs broke the first hour but at least the power and back up generator worked. The beach was littered with garbage so not worth a visit. There was a small pool that actually looked clean. I don’t see how any other reviews that rate otherwise can be true - sadly photos no uploading as I have

The hotel is located outside and city and away from the port, which is great if you want to escape the city but is a little bit of a disadvantage if you need to run errands around town. The staff was very friendly and helpful; more so than at other places where I've stayed. My room was in a great location just off the beach. The a/c and fridge in the room worked great. The breakfast was very satisfying. A few disadvantages was the confusing layout of the hotel without signage (difficult to know where to park) and places where my vehicle would have gotten stuck in the sand if I didn't have 4wd. The beach access was large, but therefore, not very private. The speed of the wi-fi was pretty slow and probably varies depending on how many guests are online. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Room Tip: You can park near your room and/or near the beach, but be careful of deep sand on the beach-side...

Stayed here on 2 separate nights at the beginning (August 2014) and end (September 2014) of a charity project in a small village 2 hours drive from Lomé. The hotel was used by a group of us to rest after the flight arriving to Togo and to re-charge our batteries before our flight returning back to the UK. The hotel has very friendly staff always happy to help serve food and drinks, although the orders can take some time to arrive, the food was lovely and the local beer was chilled and refreshing(bottle and draught). The beach is directly behind the hotel and is beautiful, calm and quiet. The outside pool is also a great place to lounge in the sun and relax with a beer and a book. Rooms were really good, air-con worked perfectly, the shower is okay, not the best for power or heat but does the job I suppose. There are one or two power cuts regularly but this is normal in these parts. Everything is laid back and chilled here. Outside of the hotel there isn't much nearby but the centre is close enough by taxi or bus. Overall it's just a really nice place to stay. Togo is a wonderful place with great people.
