Detailed Reviews
Foresters is famous in Eswatini for great food in a pastoral country-hotel setting, but it's also a lovely conference venue. Personal attention from the proprietor, unobtrusive waiters and tasteful decor made for a memorable event. As for the cuisine, 4 stars has now become 5.

Swaziland is a state to visit for its fantastic hilly and mountainous landscapes but the bad roads (excluding highway ) makes the journey to your destinations difficult and tiring. Potholes, bumps, animals and humans on the side of the road, dilate the travel time and then programmed with a large margin the time to be used to travel the distances.
The Forester, however, will make you forget everything quickly with its beautiful location in the middle of the woods. The rooms, overlooking a giant park, offer good living spaces with unexpected comforts (in winter you can turn on the wood-burning fireplace in the room). Full and well-equipped bathroom and good supply of electric plugs. Free Wifi not very powerful. The strong point of the structure and 'given, however, the food offered at both dinner and breakfast. Fantastic à la carte menu in the evening and strictly artisan products for breakfast (bread, croissants, muffins, jams, yogurt and juices spectacular).
Parking for free.
Check in from 2 p.m.
Check out until 11.00
Side note. If you have activated internet, telephone, wifi with valid contracts for South Africa,.....they do not work here.
Recommendation: Before entering download at least the road maps offline.

A beautiful structure immersed in a beautiful park full of greenery and immersed in total tranquility and silence that allow you to sleep excellently.
The staff is very kind and familiar.
The room is quite large and spacious but the bathroom was a bit cramped.
Being in a rather isolated place you can also dine there where, from the menu presented, they also give the opportunity to taste 2 starters, 2 second courses and 2 desserts instead of taking a single dish for each course. All were really good and plentiful too.
The breakfast was also very good although not very rich where you can choose a hot dish from the menu.
Among the few defects found are the total absence of international electrical sockets in the room (luckily they had an adapter to lend), the lack of a minibar and/or a courtesy bottle of water and the small, cramped bathroom in need of modernization .
Then pay attention to the road to get there as it is very bumpy and full of potholes.
I don't know what the situation is like in Mbabane in terms of safety and sleeping, however, a 20/30 minute detour to sleep here is worth it.

The reception staff appears to be quite hasty and welcoming.
The rooms, very far from the restaurant, are furnished in a too heavy and oppressive way, with several insects inside!
The restaurant room is also very heavy, with old-fashioned furniture.
Dinner offers overly elaborate courses with complicated choices to make; for this reason I simply ask for cut fruit (to be more hasty) making the wait staff uncomfortable, so much so that even the owner is inconvenienced!
The breakfast, on the other hand, is varied and plentiful.

Hotel that is a bit remote, friendly staff. The rental car was already washed by morning. The dinner is very extensive and is brought to the table by ladies in local costumes. Fast service and good food.
Breakfast is also buffet style with the option to eat eggs in different ways. Rooms could also be freshened up a bit.

We stayed at this hotel with friends before leaving Swaziland and wished we had had more time here.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, as are the beds. Since we were there in the winter and it got pretty cold at night, the fireplace (with plenty of wood and newspaper to light it) was a really welcome novelty.
The restaurant was very good indeed. It’s an unusual menu in that you can order appetizer portions of all the dishes, so you get to taste the whole menu. The food is excellent and the wait staff charming and very efficient.
All in all an extremely pleasant experience and very highly recommended.

Our most beautiful hotel complex during the tour.
The rooms are very nice with seating in front and a view of a beautiful garden with a pool.
The highlight is the dinner. Various courses are served by staff in traditional local costumes. This creates a wonderful atmosphere. That's how it should be. Unfortunately we are only staying in this beautiful hotel for 2 nights.

After a long, chaotic road, we arrive at this splendid hotel in the middle of the woods. A magical environment, a very warm welcome, the decoration of the hotel and the splendid rooms. We had a fireplace in our room, which we lit. The bedding is good, the meal served by young women in traditional dress. A kindness from the boss, with little care. The delicious meal, served on the plate. Breakfast, delicious, half buffet and dishes served on the plate. Everything was perfect, I recommend. When we were leaving, the owner recommended a route where we could see a lot of wild animals, really great. And surprise, our vehicle was washed. Truly a great hotel.

This hotel is located in a very beautiful area of Swaziland, nestled in the forest, it is certainly an oasis of peace and tranquility.
The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent, with local dishes and homemade bread.
The common areas are very well kept, there is also a swimming pool and a play area for children.
The rooms are clean, but could use some updating.
Overall still a good place to stay.

I am really not sure but the owners are wonderful and I would expect to help. It is out and away from things so ditto the advice to have your own transportation.
