I stayed here few days... On the corner if beautiful beaches but hotel nit cared it to open a swimming place...Rocky, full if garbage... Who designed the hotel should be congratulated..its well done but not majntained.. Wifi weak.. Gym terrible, so small and no air, smelling so bad... Heyyy, this place near the ocean and tropical should be Seafood heaven and Variety of fruits, but where are they, where is the coconuts, shrimps, mussels, ostriches, squids... And i see people pushing costs high up sky everything three times expensive... Expecting guests paying the bills 3-4-5 times above then the locals pays..this is not fair... Furniture rugs, bath items everything should be replaced, cos very old and rusty now.. There is a lovely big space around hotel and can be so good running area but why administration don’t regulate it i don’t know.. Now surprise for me, i got my laundry back and astonished the cost of three pieces that three -four times expensive then my country and i am so regretful use the service... I will not write more, come and see urself :)) …
This hotel is very average and definitely not 5-star. It is huge with large conference facilities. However, the rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. There is strong musky smell, old furniture and horrible carpet. There was a leak in the bathroom and the towels had hair in them. Very bad smell from the room safe - like a dead animal. I didn’t use the safe as I was worried that the smell will soak into my items. There is a small minibar, but empty. Only one small bottle of water provided. No tea or coffee making facilities. No slippers or bathrobe, broken bathroom door, no iron or ironing board. Friendly, but not very competent staff. Breakfast was decent, however the quality of the coffee was poor. Overall, I would give the hotel 3 stars and the rooms 1 1/2 stars.
This hotel is huge, with an impressive conference center attached. The stores and restaurant within are nice and reasonably priced. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. My room had a view of the sea and was well-kept with nice towels, an iron and good closet space.
This is a "5 Star" hotel that doesn't deserve its rating. Large and imposing. Conference facilities (the reason I was staying there). But a long way from the city centre. The food was nothing to write home about. Beware of the water and uncooked food like green salads! The new airport is over an hour's travel away.
Extremely old hotel. The rooms need a major uplift. Yaas hotel nearby is a better offer. Or you can try even Palms. Plus there is military at the hotel. It tends to ruin your experience. The conference hall is also old and needs a major renovation.
