I stayed at the Ndiambour Hotel for some time, and it is average.Their Residence Hotel is much much better. The Hotel rooms are big enough, but the beds are so hard. No basic ammenities like kettle, coffee etc. The bottled water provided in the room is not complimentary it costs 800CFA. The Hotel is centrally located enough to the Sandanga Market.... More

The hotel is within reach of the famous Sandaga Market (thats a whole other review) and 20 mins from the ferry to the monumental Goree Island . If you love your drink...there is none available at the hotel so be sure to stock up at the duty free or CityDia Plateau which is not far from the hotel. The staff... More

Stayed at the hotel for 6 days for a conference with my husband. Firstly, we were supposed to be in a new room in the Residence part of the establishment, however the receptionist, changed his mind and put us in the old block. The pictures on the internet and on the website of the hotel are a complete falsity. The... More

The place looks modern and 4-star online but looks can be deceiving. We spent 6 days at le Ndiambour for a regional conference and were dissapointed. Rooms are noisy day and night by both inside and outside 'traffic'. Guests sharing a room only get 1 towel to 'share' as well. No kettle in the room nor basic toiletries -apart from... More

The standard room offers you a king size bed in a big room with a modern wash room, free Wi-Fi, a decent cupboard and a working space. It's very convenient to be in the Center of Plateau in Dakar as you will avoid part of the traffic. They have a swimming pool at the 8th floor where you can have... More

Was in Dakar for a meeting at this hotel and I stayed here. True to the Francophone function, I had a room complete with a mini kitchenette so I was able to make dinner on my first night. I was always late for breakfast, or got the timing wrong. Its right in the middle of town so it's accessible to... More

Good service! Nice reception and understanding. Too many insects though and no washing soap or sponge in the kitchen. Had to keep going out to enter hotel to get breakfast. Don't mind coming back here in the next future! Jerre Jeff...........

In all reality, for West Africa standards, the hotel/residence is good. Has a few good amenities and others are ok. Free parking.... 90% of foreigners don't drive in Senegal since the local driving is insane so kinda useless. Wifi is good/ok; during peak hours, it's slow since everyone is on it. It' a great location since you have a few... More

This review is for the Residence - not the hotel next to it which is part of the same property. I had a 1 bedroom suite with a separate kitchenette and small sitting area. Other than the fact that the fuse box blows whenever more than one appliance is plugged in, my experience was great here for a week stay.... More

Held a conference there on 24 and 25 June. Some of our guests were given rooms in the old block (Hôtel) while others were lodged at the new block (Résidence). The rooms are clean functional airy and pleasant. All the facilities were good too. However, the Service is simply appalling... You are made to feel uncomfortable ! With the exception... More
