This is a very good hotel to stay at. The room was very nice and done every day. The check-in and check-out process is fast. The airport shuttle service is perfect. I chose this hotel because it was very close to the BK Arena. To my surprise, it is the people, the service, and the menu that kept me happy. The staff, you could not find anyone nices or more educated. They treated me so well, and 9 days made all of us appreciate each other. I came for the Africa Basketball League, and I was telling everyone to come and stay here next time. The proximity is perfect. 5 to 7 minutes' walk. The breakfast buffet is very good. Sweet stuff and salty stuff. Different kinds of hot drinks and cold ones. I tried the menu and also the pizza for lunch and dinner. The prices are reasonable. This is my second time in Kigali. Last time, it was the Radisson Blue. This time, it was Five to Five. I felt better this time. The staff was genuine and very nice. I know each of them. One night I came back at 3:00 a.m. they were right there. If you are hungry, room service stays up too. I could go on and on about this hotel and the good service they offer. But the staff is my favorite. I hope I can come back again one day.

Great and excellent staying in five to Five hotel! Easy to book a room which was as per my expectation - cozy, very clean, with new furniture and helped by outstanding professional and friendly staff. I was picked up from the airport on time and I had the chance to eat very well prepared dinner followed by an really enjoyable breakfast in the morning! Fridge from the room was very clean and full of a large variety of soft drinks as well as beers at the same price as it is in the restaurant. Bed very comfortable and all bed stuff clean and nice smelling. I really appreciated the staff which was helpful and wiling to accomplish clients requests! Flat screen tv was available but I would suggest to add more channels to include music and movies, however I enjoyed the news and sport channels. I would definitely come back when transiting Rwanda - a beautiful and attractive country - and for sure I will recommend 5 to hotel to my friends! Congratulation for your efforts and very good job!

Stayed at Five to Five on arrival in Kigali en route to southern Uganda. Our group have stayed here before so knew we were in for a treat! The hotel staff picked us up from the airport, loaded up & unloaded our luggage to our rooms, welcomed us with a cold drink & a hot damp cloth to wash our hands. I shared a lovely spacious room with 2 friends - we each had a double bed, 2 towels each, spacious bathroom etc. The hotel has a lovely outdoor terrace where we had a drink & some food with the rest of the group the evening we arrived as well as breakfast the next day. Fab views over the city. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very good value!

We enjoyed the hospitality. My bags were delayed from Nairobi, and the staff went out of their way to assist me with getting my bag back. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean. The rooms are equipped with everything one needs including toothbrushes and slippers. The breakfast was delicious.

I had an awesome experience with Five to Five hotel, from pickup at the airport to checking out. The shuttle was awaiting my arrival and was on time at the end of my stay to drop me off at the airport. Once at the hotel there was a hot cloth and fresh juice available and check-in was simple. The attendants at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, smelled nice, and inviting. It looked like the pictures on the internet which was pleasing. The internet pictures do not capture the comfortable feel of the room. The bed slept well and the shower was nice. The view from my room was enjoyable. The food from the restaurant was delicious and there was a full menu with many options. Additionally, I did both room service and in the restaurant dining...quality service both places. The surrounding area was experiencing construction but I did not feel or hear it in the hotel. All the staff that I encountered were friendly and willing to assist. Several went above and beyond to ensure that I had a nice stay and I'm grateful. Five to Five may currently have 3 Stars but the experience and customer service was on a 5 Star level! I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay if ever in Rwanda again. Much gratitude...

We stayed at the 5 to 5 hotel at the beginning and end of our trip getting picked up from there to head to Uganda and having our last night there before flying back to the UK. The rooms are a good size, the showers good, the aircon and wifi also good. Some of the highlights are the view and the quiet location. Some of the other hotels we looked at are on main roads and this one is one block back from a main road so nice and quiet. Staff were excellent. The other highlight was the food which was very good and extremely reasonable - just be careful as the portions are very big - we should have shared a main meal on the last night. Especially for the price this hotel was excellent value. If you can get a room city view top floor which we had for the last night its the best (the other room was fine too).

Wonderful place, less that 10 min from the airport. The food is great, the front desk team always has a smile. I have stayed at 5 to 5 every time I am in Kigali never regretted. Keep it up. Their rooms are clean, each has a bar, good internet, all rooms are air condition and you can beat the prices anywhere in Kigali. Free Airport Shuttle drop off and pick up. Very friendly staff.

I stayed twice in July 2022 at the Five to Five hotel In Kigali, once upon arrival from New York on the way to the Volcanoes NP, and again while returning on my way to Tanzania. The Hotel is situated in the pleasant Remera neighborhood of Kigali, which is relatively close to the airport, and not too crowded. Solange of the hotel staff corresponded with me prior to my trip and the rooms were just what I was looking for to get out of my jet lag and get good sleep both ways. I was picked up at the airport by Giselle in the Hotel Courtesy Shuttle, and was also dropped off well in time for my flight to KIA. I ate at the Hotel restaurant during my stay, and found the breakfast buffet and a la carte dinner very good in terms of service and quality of food. The coffee bar was also excellent. All in all, Five to Five was the perfect hotel for overnight stays in Kigali for me during my recent travels.

We stayed at the Five to Five Hotel for three nights after flying into Kigali on our way to Uganda. We found the staff to be notably helpful and friendly, giving us directions to places of interest and taking us back to the airport to a day later pick up our luggage when it failed to arrived on our flight. We loved the view overlooking the city and enjoyed our breakfast in addition to two dinners. We look forward to returning to the Five to Five Hotel on another trip just to visit Rwanda!

I stayed here twice in August 2022 before heading north into Rwanda. It is clean and secure with lovely food and good bar service. Bedrooms are functional in nature and basic overall but that is then reflected in the price. The neighbourhood is lively and just down the road, opposite the Lebanon Hotel, is a seamstress who will create a wonderful bespoke dress in a few hours for a very decent price. I also got to use the swimming pool at the Lebanon as they have an arrangement with the Five to Five.
I left my jackets and a blouse in the hotel after my first stay and when I returned they were handed to me all clean and lovely. Very thoughtful.
Local families hold their celebrations at the hotel so I had the privilege to chat to some families enjoying confirmations, birthday parties and family dinners.
The team couldn’t do enough for us all. We were really well looked after.
