The place is pretty run-down and would benefit from a facelift. The staff are really friendly though and helpful where they can be. The food is decent and the portions are large at affordable prices. I stayed there while a large conference was happening in Kigali, so the prices were high and the place seemed overpriced.
This is a three star hotel just opposite the Sainte Famille Church. Few minutes from the city centre. It offers free WIFI for their guests and the food offered is a mixed cuisine. It does not have a swimming pool nor gym.The best rooms are the one facing the church. The restaurant is next to the reception.
This is an average hotel as you find them everywhere. Chinese built and it shows (too much chrome, glass and bling). Fittings are not always matching, cupboards don't always close (or open) etc. The layout is a bit awkward. Rooms are essentially good, with a rickety desk. Standard rooms are quite small but the suites are good. Breakfast is average with staff not always understanding what it is you want. Reception staff however is quite good and very friendly. Parking is good with a parking garage in the basement. For one or two nights on a business trip, while dining outside, no problem.
I was here for 3 days the staff are friendly and welcoming although there is need for improvement on the menu and timing of delivery response is snit slow and irritating the WiFi needs to be improved but otherwise the rooms are good for a short stay good view of the city .
Thanks to the Management and the staff for their kindness. Where they realised it was my birthday they upgraded us. The room was clean. The smile of the staff and their willingness to help were awasome. The hotel in next to city center so we could work even in the night.
