Friendly staff, spacious rooms (Learnt that I stayed in the "new Block")! Do not know about the 'old block rooms'! Restaurant is little slow in service! We had to literally threaten to walk out, then the entire team sung into action to serve us in jiffy! May be one odd incidence, but it happened with us!
Hello, My name is Ady, I have known lemigo hotel for many years now, I have myself worked in a hotel nearby, I am writing to talk about your services for visitors. Which article in the Rwanda laws that supports your act of keeping visitors IDs when they are visiting one of your residents? As a former hotel customer care I know that you only keep a photocy of the ID but the original stay with the owner. And, what do u base on calling people hookers when they are just visiting their friends. I would like to bring to your attention that most of us visit people that we recommended to stay in your hotel, and suggest that you learn how to respect a person rights and their belongings when they visit, whether they are locals or foreigners. Thank you.
The entire process, from searching for a room to the day I checked out was perfect. Their response was always fast and detailed. I appreciate the fact their transport was on time for pick-up at the airport. The check-in process was very easy. Their rooms are spacious and clean and the view at night is magnificent. Their food was delicious but unfortunately preparation takes a very long time. My best experience however was the room service lady that helped me extend my check-out and the staff during the check-out. The two ladies I found at the desk(October 12th at around 3/4)were kind and hospitable. Taking me through the entire check-out process swiftly and efficiently. I can't remember your names but God bless you abundantly. Anytime I come back, Lemigo is definitely the place to stay. Asante😘…
The hotel is within a five minute walk to Parliament, on of the Genocide Museums, the Convention Centre and a small shopping centre. There is a supermarket 20 metres away from the hotel. The staff are super attentive and the rooms huge and well furnished. Great pressure in the shower and a good supply of toiletries. I was not impressed by the food and saw that last nights buffet food was re-introduced the next day for breakfast. The buffet was expensive for what it was so suspect the bbq meals are the best choice.
I stayed 3 nights at the Lemigo Hotel. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and amenities in good order. The food was excellent, with a wide choice of Indian, Chinese, Italian, African and general dishes. I can comment on the Indian, which was delicious! On Friday night there was a very loud live band, fortunately my room was away from the pool/bar area. An essential if staying over the weekend. The hotel’s airport shuttle service needs to improve. Going to the hotel, the driver bulleted at high speed into oncoming traffic while taking at least 10 different calls on his phone, the return trip was overbooked and a last minute additional shuttle had to be scrambled. But we made it safely both ways...
