I spent two nights in this hotel. The hotel is just basic. The buildings are quite old, though maintained. The hotel is situated in a safe place. Well, I was bitten by mosquitoes and bugs but this doesn't serve as a source of worry to Africans, right? The food, staff, ambiance, pool, everything is basically just average. Guess this hotel can be rated as a three-star hotel. Good for you if you are travelling on a budget.

Spent a total of three nights there. Not helped that on arrival the porter picked up one of the suitcases by the top and didn’t lift it high enough. Caught the steps and tore the handle off the case. It was not repairable and the hotel refused to pay for a replacement or Male any other compensation. The food was average, the hotel tied with very loose taps and dodgy electric wires. There was some work going on so they were making an effort. It didn’t detract from what we had gone to see but it has had a knock on effect in other countries because airlines are having to record the damage all the time to protect themselves. Hassle we don’t need.

I stayed for 2 days in this hotel for a business trip. I would rate this average due to below reason: 1) make of hotel is old and you will realise during stay. 2) washroom and other room facilities are not very contemporary although they have tried to maintain it. 3) there is a gun at ground floor but the gym is open to outsiders and not so well maintained. It looks to be overused. 4) staff especially reception staff's behaviour is not good. 5) Lifts are in non working condition and you have to use stairs for going to 2nd and 3rd floor which makes life tougher sometime. 6) No iron available in rooms. 7) no centralised air-conditioning system. 8) Almirah and other furnitures are also not very convenient to use. Some pros of hotel are below: 1) Bathroom utilities are good except they don't provide shaving kits etc. 2) they have a nice pool with lot of open area to enjoy evening. 3) you can cherish nice view of the city from this hotel 4) multiple cuisine restaurants (Indian, Chinese, Italian) available within hotel.

Restaurants ( three of them) are good and the views are excellent, pool is small but ok, staff are good, I used the gym and was so disappointed, many many machines were broke, seats on machines are broken and really very poor quality, Cables are broken, rowing machine doesn’t work, I could go on, but it makes me think that if the management won’t pay for a few simple screws to hold a seat in place, how bad are the kitchens and back of house which we don’t see, Really manor hotel you can do better,

Room was nice ,extra large bed but the place could do with a bit of TLC. Wall paper was peeling, shower had a bit of issues, gym was equipped but some equipment was faulty and the place looked cramped. Breakfast was ok -not much variety. The place is a bit far from the main road . Can’t say much for the view - my room was facing a wall 😒.
