This is a great guesthouse. The rooms are clean and lovely, and the service is EXCELLENT. Very friendly staff. Quiet area. Beautiful green surroundings. Very centrally located, with walking distance to the city centre with UTC, etc, and to the possibly best Indian restaurant outside of India Khana Khazana. Good internet. Everything is great at this place!

My third stay here. In a brilliant location, walking distance to the excellent Indian restaurant and Heaven restaurant. Would be my first choice of accommodation in Kigali. Rooms are always clean and comfortable.

This was my second stay at the Iris Guesthouse. I stayed there six months ago. The central location is great. It is walking distance to two great restaurants (Khana and Heaven Restaurant). The staff is very friendly. It was nice to have hot running water in the shower. The wi-fi in the room was not always available, but on the... More

I only stayed one nite - it was clean and comfortable with a lovely breakfast. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel. They were very kind to accommodate me when another hotel did not have my reservation.

Christofer and his team do anything to ensure you will enjoy a pleasent stay. During my travels I could store my lugguge for free. I liked the breakfast on the open terrace with a view. And Tilapia fish with peanut sauce was great. Wi-fi in the room sometimes iffy but outside always working. I will stay again in Iris Guesthouse... More

We stayed here for a week (vacation) and enjoyed the hospitality of the excellent staff, who accommodated our wishes in an uncomplicated manner. Rooms are basic but clean with mosquito nets, outside sitting possibilities, and a large green inner courtyard. Breakfast was very good. Neighbourhood is quiet and it is a good starting point for trips to Nyamirambo, Nyabugogo etc.... More

It seemed as though nothing was too much trouble for the staff. From the moment I contacted them through their website to make a booking to the moment we left, the staff were unfailingly helpful, warm, welcoming, funny and seemed genuinely pleased to see us and ask about our day. Airport pick-ups and drop-offs were arranged in the blink of... More

I stayed here for a week while in Rwanda on business. While unimpressive at first, this place grew on me. The rooms are very basic - but they are clean and the place is quiet - so a great night's sleep. The guesthouse is in a great location - within walking of some nice restaurants. I ate at the Iris...
