Marble and chrome doesn't make a luxury hotel, but this hotel is all marble and bling*bling. It is a wanna-be posh place, but the service is not outstanding. Craftsmanship during construction was poor, you see it at bathroom tiles, stair's heights, etc. Value for money: low Compared to African standards: moderate Compared to international standards: low Things I really did not like: The clingwraps on every platter at the breakfast are really annoying. The breakfast offers are small, no variation, little international. The juice is not fresh and glasses are too small. Everywhere you go, you have to reconnect to the WiFi with a login/pwd. Service staff is just at the limit but not pro-active, not actually friendly. (they don't approach and ask you if you wanna have coffee or tea, but you have to chase them ..)

Spent one night. It was lovely. Staff were friendly. It's a neat and chic hotel. Breakfast area is small. The food was tasty but options were limited. Over all it was a wonderful experience. And of course tea is always a plus for me.

This hotel is actually a very lovely place to be. Located in a very serene environment in the city of Abuja, has great features such as a top floor swimming pool, fantastic roof top outdoor bar with a great city view. Visited for the first time and loved the ambience. Have been there a couple of times and would always love to be there again. Great meals, value for money but somewhat pricey. I will recommend for friends, family and business trips.

What an exquisite facility! Definitely a jewel in Abuja.. I had a great experience, from the onset. Friendly welcoming staff, comfortable and clean room! To top it all, House keeping even came to my room about 6:30pm, offered me a chocolate, closed my curtains, opened the bed and placed the breakfast menu and wished me a good night's rest, wow! Made me feel really special. I was really impressed by this service. No other hotel in Nigeria offers this service, they should learn from your Hotel! My room smelled so good everything sparkling clean , felt like home. There are only two issues. The food - It was tasteless and my stomach was upset the next morning. Improvement needed. Room service and at the top bar with the view. - Food was very very disappointing! Also, a staff member that was very arrogant and extremely rude by name "Abah" wearing glasses just wandering around, should get trained immediately! Will definitely not go back to Sheraton in Abuja after I stayed at this hotel. Overall, I will recommend this hotel and come back. Hopefully the food will improve and my next visit will be even better.
