Stayed with my wife and two children aged 8 and 12 on our last night in Namibia. Rooms not very clean, staff not very enthusiastic. We asked for a dinner reservation in the restaurant, only t be told 30 minutes before we were about to eat , that dinner was cancelled. We had been dropped off at the hotel and...

At the last day of our vacation, we stayed at the Airport Lodge, as we had an early morning flight back to South Africa the next day. We stayed in a bungalow, which was very basic. Although the decor was a little bit dated, everything we needed was there. There was a working aircon in the bungalow, and outside there...

We stayed here on our first and last nights, very handy location for the airport. Bungalows are basic but clean with seating area outside (some of the decking needed a bit of attention) but nice to have the option to sit outside and listen to the bush. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner on offer is basic but we had...

We needed accommodation close to the airport & it was a 'last minute affair' - what a relief to find this accommodation! Hermine & Zach couls not have been more friendly & escourted us to oru lovely room where a superb heater welcomed us in from the freezing cold! A fridge, kettle, safe, TV & a lovely stoep with a...

Situated outside the city on the airport road. Property secure and fully fenced. Thatched bungalows are small but clean and quiet overlooking the bush with game. The stairs to the loft intrude into the main room which make space in the room tight. The self catering area is very limited making catering difficult. Limited catering equipment available on request. There...

We spent one night at this hotel before our flight back to Europe. We had a nice bungalow with a terrace, a double bed and a single bed (the single bed was under the roof), cooking facilities and a bathroom with shower. We did not need more!!! We could cook a light dinner and enjoy it on the terrace. The...

My husband and I stayed in one of the chalets, which had two units under the one roof. It was very clean and had lots of atmosphere - slate floors, good bathroom, two single beds, a spare bed in the loft, a large deck overlooking acres of beautiful bush, populated with blesbok and gemsbok and was very peaceful. The food,...

I booked this property from the USA in 2012, based on the web description, airport location /photographs etc. Boy was I disappointed, let down, and embarrassed, especially as my brother and his wife were travelling with my husband and me. When arrived we noticed the sign was literally falling apart, bad omen! When we pulled up to "reception" we were told...

Although the lodge is called Airport lodge it is 20 kilometers away from the international airport. At an additional fee we were picked up from the airport by the owners. The cottages are very clean and it is a good place to start or end your vacation in Namibia. The service was very good.

We booked a day-room at the Airport Lodge Namibia as our flight from Europe landed early in the morning and our connecting flight to Cape Town was in the evening. Luckily for us, as staying at Hosea Kutako Airport for 12 hours would have been a nightmare. The Lodge consists of a cluster of double-cottages, which are spacious and each...

“I only saw our room... so cannot judge.... but from the look and size of the bungalows they all seemed the same. If you are travelling in a group (e.g. 4 people requiring 2 rooms) ask to be in the same bungalow - each bungalow has 2 separate rooms.”
