Beautiful view of the capital. Nice employees and good service. The beds were comfortable. Great dinner and good breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Antananarivo. We couldn't get the WiFi to work in our room, but it did work in the reception.

A very easy overnight stay in the central area of Antananarivo. Clean rooms, good breakfast and helpful staff. There are several places nearby to eat and drink. Rooms are basic but very comfortable. Great views over the city

Well situated, 10 minutes' walk from a big bank, good views out from the balconies, lots of hot water (a rare thing, I found later, in Madagascan hotels), staff are very friendly and helpful; restaurant is good too. More than satisfied with this establishment!

This charming little hotel is in the middle of Antananarivo yet it is clean, safe and very charming. The view over the city is amazing and constantly changing. Rooms are well maintained and pleasant. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. The restaurant is fine and there is a very interesting restaurant over the road too.

Stayed here at the beginning and end of our tour. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Wonderful views from the terrace, in-house restaurant - good breakfasts. Unlike some bland, large hotels Belvedere had a very pleasant, friendly feel.

Booked here for two nights on business in Tana. Was checked in to a pleasant room at 7pm. The very helpful receptionist immediately arranged to have a shirt ironed for me. All was off to a good start. The hotel itself is quite pretty, although the rooms are very dark and design is a bit dated. But clean and reasonable...

Stayed here at the beginning and end of our Madagascar tour. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms - our twin had a kingsize bed and a large single bed on a mezzanine. Nicely furbished and good shower room/toilet. Great location - good restaurants within walking distance. Decent breakfast offered at an extra cost. Wifi was not great for downloading but suffices...

Stayed for 3 nights with family. Couldn't find this in any of the guidebooks but went on trip advisor ratings and they didn't disappoint. Very good value for Tana, close to sights but away from the hustle and bustle. Views are magnificent - being able to see the city wake up and go to sleep each day. Service was excellent.
