The hotel is well located and safe. Compared to previous stays, the housekeeping needs to be improved. Staff is very friendly, the management responsive and overall experience is good. Many aspects to improve.

Soothing homely atmosphere in uncertain environment where the flair of earlier Tripoli had been maintained and treasured. Strong hot coffee and other beverages from the coffee shop enjoyed in the cozy, popular, open voyer area drives away the cold weather outside. Friendly staff all around adds to more relaxation and the rooms are an ample haven to safely retire for...

I have just returned after a three night stay at the Haroon. My room was a business suite on the second floor and is was clean, well set out and equipped, although there were one or two small issues these did not detract from my comfort. The wi-fi struggles to cope and I had significant problems with capacity and speed...

The hotel was slightly better than I expected. The room and bathroom was nice and comfortable (an iron in the room would have been great), there was free wifi and most importantly the staff were very kind and welcoming. Very sweet and kind Tunisian lady at front desk really went out of her way to make us feel welcome and...

I have just stayed in the hotel for the past 6 nights, rooms very comfortable, breakfast buffet ample and of good quality, service improving since my previous stay, gym needs some new equipment, overall excellent value in comparison to the Radisson, Corinthian and Al Waddan who are charging very expensive room only rates.

What is good: Rooms are OK. Spacious with OK furniture, flatscreen TV, decent clean bathroom. Breakfast is also varied and decent, though nothing to to crave for. It has a gym with large sauna and real Turkish Hamam on the top floor. Good meeting rooms. Large and with projectors and screens. Price is less than a third of the international...

Well I will say again, what do we need from a hotel on a Bussiness trip ? Comfort, cleanegness ,kind staff, reasonable priced. Haroon hotel has all of these and this is...
