This stay was my first time in the hotel. Having been in Liberia before, I recalled going out with friends and ending up at the pub. My group settled on staying here before our departure after two days in Bong County. It was nice to be greeted by the staff and their manager Rabi came out to help with the check in process. Our rooms were all grouped together on the second floor. We had dinner the first night in the sushi restuarant and then second night in the international restuarant.
I was especially glad to find a large bottle of water in my room. After a 4+ hour drive, water was the perfect antidote. The loofah was a welcome sight for the cleanup that was needed. The next day, housekeeping left another large bottle of water. One of my group member asked for water at the desk and they happily provided bottles for guests.
The front desk staff Moses and Rudolph were great. Somah from the restuarant was very attentive to all our needs as well!

My sorority hosted a week long service trip in Liberia and Mamba Point was our host hotel. We had a great experience! The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. At breakfast, we were always greeted with a smile and the front desk asked everyday if everything was ok. It's in a great location and has a beautiful pool for lounging or cocktail events. One person in our group had an issue with an ATM machine and the manager took her directly to Ecobank to resolve in person. Highly recommend!!!

The hotel offers a very relaxing, friendly and comfortable atmosphere with amazing food, especially relaxing rooms and amenities with a very well decorated and multi-cultural setup. Mamba point hotel are exceptional in terms of service offered at the highest quality, the rooms are very well designed to make you feel comfortable despite the fact that you are in a hotel far from your comfort zone. The restaurant had a menu that can delight even the most capricious customers, the manager Mr. Rabih is always at your disposal to satisfy all your whims even the impossible ones 😊. Mamba Point Hotel’s rooms, restaurants and amenities are very nice. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable-neither were too firm or too soft. The A/C worked well and usually restarted immediately after a power outage. The hotel’s generators were fairly powerful even during multiple outages while heavy storms and winds hit.
Unfortunately I don’t believe the A/C in the restaurant and upper lobby restart after a power outage which results in a muggy humid environment during most of my stay. Wait staff for the restaurant is usually attentive. You will receive the best service is from Kaldi’s Koffee and the Barracuda Sushi Lounge staff.
The front desk staff were extremely helpful, organized and professional. They quickly answered any questions I had about my lengthy stay.
This hotel is located on a road across from the ocean; however, it is not an ocean front hotel nor does the pool overlook the ocean. I would stay at this hotel again.
