Hotel is near downtown Maseru and Government buildings. Internet has improved, as well as the service. There is a nice view of the city. Rooms are comfortable, but room service is limited. There are two options of restaurants: chinese and international cuisine. Swimming pool is a nice option for hot days. For those who appreciate, there is a casino.

I generally didn't find the service there anything to write home about. In fact I don't see myself going back there if I have a choice as it took far too long to get anything around that hotel done. The food on the other hand was amazing, I would stay elsewhere and just pop in the hotel for dinner when...

- contracts for events must be signed - all events should be prioritized - not double bookings and no preferences based on attendees - this is bad practice - I was not able to set up the venue and test equipment because the venue was not ready as promised

The staff were all very courteous and polite and generally very friendly. The shower head was "self adjusting" but otherwise no problems with the hotel. A great view from the room but the television picture quality was not great.

Great services overall but please make sure that whenever one calls for help it is attended to. The food were great, the associates were super fast but the variety of beverages was limited. You're doing the best to satisfy customers and you're achieving this

It was a short but very pleasant stay at this uphill hotel with an excellent view of the City. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was restful and neat. However, I suggest that the bathrooms be provided with face cloths and a bit more attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the carpets.

Some people just simply doesnt know how to behave in a hotel. Coming to abroad and forgot the minimum rules to living with other together. You get many of them in this hotel. They are very noisy even during night. Not a good sleep. However the hotel staff tries to make everything possible for the smooth stay. Not recommended for...

I have stayed in other hotels in Lesotho previously but never at the Avani. My experience was a good one, with food and service being very good. Only small issue was I got a room with single beds, kept on worrying that I may turn over and fall off the bed... Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
