I have heard alot about Noom Hotel Conakry before I should visit there but it's the best 5 star hotel in Conakry. Everything is just perfect there members are polite to their guest and the reception is extra ordinary I really admire the way they do they check-in procedures most precisely El Amadou at the reception was so kind to me. I will definitely return back there for his sake the pool is so clean and the location is secured 👌🏽

Very beautiful Hotel with fantastic terrace and very nice staff. The food could do a bit better to live up to the standards of the hotel as that was a bit of a let down when it comes to price/quality. Internet had some issues as well.

As a hotel manager at Hilton in Washington DC, I was highly impressed by the service I received at Noom. From check in Amadou was great, friendly and smiled a lot. The room was super clean and beautiful! At breakfast Fatou was remarkable, does her job well and friendly. Mr. Ibrahim the F&B Director was amazing as well! Mariam the reservation manager was sweet as well! I was greeted by every employee every time I walked by! I loved it there and definitely recommend it ....The sea view is to die for ! I can’t wait to go back .

I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and it was nice exceptionally clean and the customer service was excellent. Within 3 years the hotel went down hill. The hotel front desk where rude. It was very hard to get extra clean towels and wash clothes on several occasions. I was once told I had to wait until tomorrow because everything was dirty. This happen several times during my 11 day stay. Also Hotel Noom provides mask but the staff does not where the mask however they check your temperature, give you hand sanitizer at the door and spray your shoes all doing this without a mask. If they where a mask it’s on the “chin” but this is rare. Also I had to give mask to the housekeepers everyday and remind them that it’s a pandemic and educate them on COVID-19, luckily they was receptive and gladly to wear the mask I provided them. I am glad I was smart to bring a box of 100 mask.This hotel has became a hotel for the locals. Nice hotel got ran down quickly like everything else in this country.

Over all location of the hotel is amazing and beautiful setting. However, the service in the hotel is absolutely terrible. Staff are really nice but not trained at all. Rooms have low water pressure and hot water is a big issue. you may find yourself in the shower without hot water or even no water... we had 3 rooms and we had ants in our rooms all over the place...food is a challenge they have a very limited menu including breakfast. They do have weekend brunch which is relatively better for outside guests but only weekends. The hotel has a really bad management.

The service at the hotel has deteriorated to worst levels ever. rooms are not serviced properly and not refilled with the essentials. towels not replaced (been at the hotel since Friday 05 and 3 used towels have been taken from the room and not returned.
The dining hall service is way below standard to an extent that many times you have to look for the waiters and even serve your self. COVID Protocols are not followed, serving is a buffet but half the areas have no spoons to serve your self. Breakfast menu the same everyday etc...

After a tiring long trip, I arrived to Noom Hotel with the thought that finally I will have a good shower and relax in a nice comfortable room. First room was dirty. Room Floor, bathroom floor…dirty. Window not closing tightly! You can hear the outside noises. After calling the reception, I requested a superior executive room and paid the additional extra charges. The executive room: floors and walls not clean! Fridge not working! Only one towel! The worst part, the air conditioning was terrible! After spending two hours sorting these issues, the air conditioning was barely cooling. I was awake all night waiting for the room to cool down, until around 4am before I was able to sleep and wake up 3 hrs later to start my business day. Checked out the next day!

Extremely poor service , room was not the room we booked , waited 90 minutes to be served evening meal and no breakfast left the first morning . A complete shambles of hotel . Asked to speak to manager - he was busy , asked to change rooms , they had non available and the internet was wrong showing photos of the room we thought we booked . Ants were in the room . No tea , coffee or sugar available, had to provide my own . All fire doors on fires escape propped open with fire extinguishers o every level . Only members of staff who did their job was pool attendant and security guard who were fabulous

The front desk and staff in general were friendly and responsive. The room was comfortable. The water pressure was good. The food was a bit expensive, choices were sometimes limited and service at the restaurant a bit slow. The value for money was overall strong in Conakry based on my experience.
