Hotels in Conakry have significantly improved since I was last here in 2012. This could be any ‘western’ hotel. It is clean, tidy and serves good food. The staff are excellent, though I have heard some of my colleagues say service for food around the pool can be slow. I liked the Noom and would gladly stay here again.
Everything in the room detail checked out! The quality of service and cleanliness was top notch. Very friendly staff and always ready to assist. Room service very responsive and up to the task no matter the hour. Breakfast had a variety to chose from!
Really enjoyed tje place, very well located and excellent service. Very friendly staff, who was vert supportive to all request. The swimming pool with the fabulous lounge bar and spectacular view topped it of!
I have heard alot about Noom Hotel Conakry before I should visit there but it's the best 5 star hotel in Conakry. Everything is just perfect there members are polite to their guest and the reception is extra ordinary I really admire the way they do they check-in procedures most precisely El Amadou at the reception was so kind to me. I will definitely return back there for his sake the pool is so clean and the location is secured 👌🏽
Noom Hotel Conakry is one of the best hotels in Africa. Please make sure le you visite it when ever you pass by Guinea Conakry you will never regret it I promise you. Their services are 5 star 🌟 perfect
I’m appreciate the relation ship of this hotel. I really enjoyed this hotel. The service is of high quality, the workers are attentive and attentive. The property of the room was very good. The life is beautiful. And the meal of excellent quality. The receptionists are very attentive.
Apart from the reception desk, no one speaks English. The service is terrible at the restaurant, we wait for at least 90 minutes to get our order, and couple of times after waiting for 1 hour, the order comes wrong, and we had to wait for 30 more minutes. This is a 5 stars hotel, they should have English speakers, and train their team on service. No sense of time at all.
Over all location of the hotel is amazing and beautiful setting. However, the service in the hotel is absolutely terrible. Staff are really nice but not trained at all. Rooms have low water pressure and hot water is a big issue. you may find yourself in the shower without hot water or even no water... we had 3 rooms and we had ants in our rooms all over the place...food is a challenge they have a very limited menu including breakfast. They do have weekend brunch which is relatively better for outside guests but only weekends. The hotel has a really bad management.
After a tiring long trip, I arrived to Noom Hotel with the thought that finally I will have a good shower and relax in a nice comfortable room. First room was dirty. Room Floor, bathroom floor…dirty. Window not closing tightly! You can hear the outside noises. After calling the reception, I requested a superior executive room and paid the additional extra charges. The executive room: floors and walls not clean! Fridge not working! Only one towel! The worst part, the air conditioning was terrible! After spending two hours sorting these issues, the air conditioning was barely cooling. I was awake all night waiting for the room to cool down, until around 4am before I was able to sleep and wake up 3 hrs later to start my business day. Checked out the next day!
The service at the hotel has deteriorated to worst levels ever. rooms are not serviced properly and not refilled with the essentials. towels not replaced (been at the hotel since Friday 05 and 3 used towels have been taken from the room and not returned. The dining hall service is way below standard to an extent that many times you have to look for the waiters and even serve your self. COVID Protocols are not followed, serving is a buffet but half the areas have no spoons to serve your self. Breakfast menu the same everyday etc...
