The customer service experience was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I give them 5 stars ***** The room service was Great, too. The road getting there is very bad; but the staff goes out of their way for you; so it's worth the trip.

All the staff are friendly .The hotel is clean you can see it be cleaned through out the day . Though I was disappointed to see some coffee stains on the bed sheets .The room was generally clean . The bathroom ventilation is not good after a shower there is humid bad smell one needs to open the balcony door or the front door to get in fresh air .The bathroom has an instant heater with a rain shower that I really enjoyed . The bed was very noisy and it constantly quaked when one moved thankfully it was comfortable if one did not mind the noise would not recommend for couples haha It’s great to have a hotel pick up as the hotel is very far from the airport actually the hotel is in the middle of nowhere it’s very far from the town centre ( I did not do my research otherwise would not have picked such a hotel far from the centre ) it would be nice if the hotel could offer airport drop off also. There are no near by walkable restaurants . Also I did not see any mini supermarket near by .There is an in-house restaurant that one can order some food . I ordered jollof rice twice the portions were big at Cedi 35 .Breakfast was just ok , fried egg , a small salad , two slices of white bread ,a little portion of fried meat . They offer a one time coffee /tea / powder milk on the day you arrive and two bottles of water . Nothing for the days After. There is a fridge at the reception with cold bottled water I asked if I could help myself but nothing was mentioned they were for sale - it was later included in my bill which was ok but it would have been nice to be informed ahead . Before arriving at the hotel I had informed the hotel that if it was possible to have a little to eat early next day as I had an early start tour to cape coast pick up at 06:30 , they had responded they would accommodate the request. Upon check in I reminded them and they said they were aware they would send some bread and butter and fruits to the room . Nothing was sent early next morning I went to the reception and the receptionist said yes I have some melon slice for you ( the melon slices were frozen ) I asked if there was any bread as promised but there was none hence I left for my long trip with just a small cup of coffee this was very disappointing especially since I had requested before my arrival and while checking in. it was nice to learn we shared a birthday with one receptionist and he gladly informed me that it was the hotel owner’s daughter birthday too a unique coincident Lastly the hotel is quite noisy there is loud music playing through out ,there is also some noise that comes on and off not sure from where . There is a pool that I did not use looked clean . There is a kettle , mini fridge. The A/C worked well and a fan . The menu in the room is outdated. Probably management can look into looking for nearby restaurants and get their menus and directions - that would be helpful to the quests. Lastly for those disappointing points they are just lack of attention to details from the staff - and can be easily resolved .(dispose off stained sheets / make notes and reminders of guests requests / Loud music / noises can be minimised ) .
