The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. The gym was small, but well maintained. The pool area was also very nice. Lobby area was kept clean at all time. The cleaning staff did a great job of cleaning the room.

I thoroughly checked this hotel before I departed. Didn't have the best reviews. On arrival, with some local back up, I received what I think was one of the better rooms. Big and everything was working. AC, tv, fridge.. View to the pool and backside of the hotel. The front side is a busy road and you want to stay away from here. I had a busy schedule and touched the bed, good quality, late at night. The planes were flying over sometimes but I didn't notice it too much (maybe because I was too tired). Bathroom had no hairdryer but was of good size. Breakfast.. No fresh coffee, also not on order. Instant with hot water. 1 type of juice and the rest is buffet style. No fresh bread, butter, marmelade but all the rest is present. All premade. The hotel served it's purpose for my visit but I would not book it again if I didn't need to be in this area.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days. It appears to be a fairly new hotel. The employees really make up for the lack in other amenities. The staff is superb - starting with the reception desk and all the hotel service staff. It was a pleasure to be treated as a valued guest. The hotel itself is low budget and not so convenient. It is out of the way and it took long to travel to each meeting area. The hotel has a buffet with lots of food. However, the food was not always hot. If you are looking for a low budget hotel, AH will meet your standards.

Lets start with the good part. There is a free collection and drop for the airport, the hotel looks very modern inside except the 'World' clocks are incorrect and the general furniture including bedroom is quite good. There is a modern Samsung 40" TV in the bedroom but only has local channels no DSTV. The front office manager Wilson and receptionist Rita did try to help when confronted with the following problems but were unable to solve most. The hotel is quite noisy as it is near a major road and is also on the flight path, try and get a room towards the rear if possible. The internet is NOT good unless you are in the reception area as they do not boost the signal to the rooms/corridors which is very annoying if you are on business. The hotel does NOT have an internal laundry service so out source your clothes and do not guarantee same day delivery. There is NO bar but they were willing to send out for beer but at a premium price (local cost 6GHC - hotel 15GHC). The SAFE in the wardrobe must be the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel room (see picture) and is only just bigger enough to put your money, passport and watch in - would not get an iPad mini in there. There is NO 3 pin socket near the desk area and only one in the room by the bed, there are no drawers just shelves in the wardrobe. The breakfast is typically Ghanian and the food is NOT kept hot (buffet style), there is NO fresh juice and No toasting facilities. Really BAD!! I was staying in room 305 and had to get the door fixed as it would not lock. On 4 occasions (morning) there was NO HOT WATER to the shower (the other 3 it was tepid) and the maintenance said it was the same to all rooms. I believe this to be because they use 'Solar' and have no means of storing the hot water so it cools down during the night - VERY ANNOYING!! The restaurant staff do not seem happy in their work and the restaurant manager is the most unhelpful saddest person I have seen. Not once did he greet me and or gesture in my direction and he could certainly do with a course in guest relations.

We went there as a wedding party...On arrival, the place looked somewhat grand...After checking in,we realized the elevator didn’t work and unfortunately we were on the third and fourth floors. This made moving of our suitcases quite cumbersome. Also the numbers of the room are not in order so we kept missing our way to the rooms. The rooms are pretty neat, very comfortable and has got big spacious bathrooms.Unfortunately for me i woke up to a terrible stench in the bathroom and it had a lot of flies hovering around so they had to do a room change for me.All in all it was an okay stay for me...oh i forgot to add the wifi didn’t work
