At first glance this is obviously the colorful baby-sister of the Radisson Blu which shares the same property but another wing check in was easy and The rooms are the same size as the Raddison Blu , you will see some differences as you get acclimated, bold colors in my case red ,no iron and board in the room (you have to request for it)smaller wardrobe ,more mirrors , no side table just a bed table which doubles ,no cupboards , dove squeegees provided for Washing soap and shampoo and rather interesting bed lights which I was eager to navigate . No room service brought up to your rooms you have to order and get it at reception . Not a bad place to stay
Visit was really good. I have a single complaint. In food please include some vegetarian food items as well. Vegetarian only includes boiled veggies or salad else everything is no vegetarian. Please have a survey on vegetarian food also. So many Indians come to your hotel but they do not find any vegetarian food. During my stay I only used to have bread butter as apart from that there used to be only one boiled vegetable or salad. Vegetarian food does not only mean that. There is a lot that can be cooked from those vegetables. During all days even if I had breakfast, lunch and dinner in my booking, I had to go to Amaya restaurant for that.
The hotel needs to improve its services like: 1. Staff availability to pick luggage 2. Staff Professionalism 3. Ignorance of Staff 4. Slow service 5. Improper response 6. Room lights not working properly
No internet connection, same food selection every day. Sometimes no re-supply of dishes during meal time. Electronic keys break and dont open the room. Small tv. I would not come to this hotel again. The only positive is avalibility of sport tv channels.
So Africa in general is not great for veggies. So I expect hotel chains like Radisson to be better prepared than the local places. In Gabon, it was the opposite. There are four restaurants in the Radisson: 1. Amaya: No veggie options at all: every dish has meat or fish. 2. Wai Bar: one pizza (margarita) 3. Kobu: Two maki. The futo maki purpots to not have any meat or fish, but actually comes with crab. 4. Upstairs buffet restaurant: one dry pasta and a range of mediocre salad ingredients, of and a of a of bread. I eventually did get the waiter at Wai Bar to convince the chef to put mushrooms and olives on the margarita, but it was a fight. I also managed to get the chef at Kobu to do a tempura udon without the tempura prawns. However, he couldn't stretch to a vegetable tempura selection which is pretty darn basic in any Japanese chef's book. My room was great, the housekeeping staff and some of the reception staff were great. The waiters tried their hardest. If anyone should be shot, it is the catering manager. Highly recommended over the Onomo for a stay in Libreville: It is worth the extra cash layout. But be prepared to go elsewhere to eat if you are veggie.…
Clean room, excellent meals, great view (40-50 meters from beach). Reception-very professional, proactive. Room was big, decent selection for TV channels, bathroom clean, excellent shower area. Shuttle for airport came on time.
This is my 3 rd time i am in this hotel. Everything is fine, nothing disturbing. I would like to say that in restaurant ( breakfast) Miss Diane Benga and Mr Augustin Mintoghe give perfect service. They work from their heart to please customers. Food is good, hotel is new and clean, they have airport shuttle, reception changes money etc.. ı suggest here to everyone.
The hotel is tired and the staff seem indifferent. The breakfast experience is not something to look forward to and what is on offer does not look very appetising. it is very expensive for what it is and I have had better stays at a travel lodge or ibis. Really the convenience to the airport was about the only plus.
Well located comfortable hotel with great swimming pool and fitness centre. Nice inside en open air bar. friendly staff. Great vieuw from the rooms over the ocean. Nice breakfast area . Long waits t check in upon arrival. Window in rooms can't open (airoc smell)
The hotel is well located near the airport with a great view of the sea. It has a big parking with free Wi-Fi. However, the rooms at Park Inn do not have windows that could bring fresh air in the room. I could not connect my Oppo Android phone to the hotel Wi-Fi.
