The location of the hotel is good, you have easy reach to all ministries and Mall, also airport is in reach, you can go in centreville also, and all PUBs are also in reach. the taxi is very easy to get and if paid attention then you will get in cheap also, the hotel is on the route of sharing taxis, so easily accessable.

I spent a few nights at the Hibiscus on Blvd Triomhpal (not the Hibiscus Louis which is more expensive and less quality overall). The staff was always helpful, the price was lower than others and it is quite close to the airport. The restaurant and bar was OK too. Unfortunately the shuttle I had booked did not pick me up at the airport so I had to take a taxi.

Spent a night here after running away from a horrible alternative. The room was very basic with old linen/towels, running taps, a noisy fridge and a terrace overlooking the laundry. If you like kitch you will enjoy the plastic flowers, heavy red velvet curtains and bright neon lights. Food was nothing special, but the staff is friendly and they have a nice pool. Good for transit but don't go expecting a lalala-holiday feel

Don't stay there! For 85$ a night, I would have expected minimum services and quality. I stayed 6 days and there was no internet for 4. The TV only has 3 (french channels) The restaurant was the worst!! The breakfast is awful and when I asked for fruits "a la carte" instead (I was ready to pay for anything else), they said they couldn't do it. I found a match (yes, a wooden match) in my dinner one night and a piece of steel wool in my food the next night. Spend a bit more and go elsewhere.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the garden if you don't want to hear traffic noise all night

bad breakfast (not included), dirty shower, too bad WiFi (I had to ask for a GPRS modem from my friends in LV), absence of light on stairs, damaged canalization in my room (fixed on the next day), too noisy.. I do not know what can I say of positive... friendly staff on the reception? but it's not enough. do not stay here, choose another hotel
