Along with excellent panoramic ocean views and convenient beach access, our hotel offers an ideal location for transport and sightseeing - the airport is just 2 kilometers, and city-center attractions are only a short walk from the hotel.

Check in was tedious , it took them almost one hour to check in 4 people because they were short staffed , we were allowed to settle in before making payments so that wasn’t bad , the hotel is old but the rooms are refurbished . The central AC was set at a temp so regulating it was impossible. Hot water was warm water so forget that piping hot shower ! Breakfast was fair nothing special really , dinner buffet wasn’t all that exciting too. The hotel is big so cooling it under the hot Gabon sun must be expensive so expect many hot areas. I had a good view of the beach but I was informed due to COVID rules we could not walk on the beach which was quite disappointing. The rooms were ok , but the shower floods a lot due to a tiling flaw. A very average stay in all.

My friend and I stayed here in August 2024. The staff were very nice and supportive, but the overall cleanliness and weird rooms really made us uncomfortable.
First, the rooms and hotel hallways all smell like mildew. It's very strong. The bedsheets and pillows are stained. There's mold on the ceilings and the shower stall.
Second, there is a window INTO the bathroom from the main room. You can see everything. If you sit on the toilet or take a shower, you and your companion can see each other. The window DOES have blinds, but you cannot lower or close them. Neither the staff or maintenance can change them either because it is encased in glass on both sides. It was SO strange.
When we asked to switch rooms, the staff said all the rooms are like this. This seemed very difficult to believe since the hotel lobby staff didn't know what we were talking about until they sent maintenance up to check on the blinds. They wouldn't allow us to switch rooms, but were sympathetic to our discomfort.
We ended up at Park Inn by Radisson Blu later in our trip and the hotel is run by the same people, but the room layout is much better.

In the circumstances Africa it is such a nice hotel where we ve stayed three days long. Wi fi was insufficient but enough for Netflix- Youtube etc. I liked the breakfast so much that you can eat all way as you wish, selection of cheese, bread, selection of coffee and espresso that we are not used to too much. Staff was trying to help you anytime but this is not unlike some people we have experienced before. Hotel room was also clean and big enough, bed quality was also nice but pillows. They don t care about your comfort generally although you stay in such a worldwide brand hotel. They re like a slice of swiss made cheese. Finally after entering the room there were no amenities even a simple soap. They should care about it.

It's a Radisson, you could be anywhere. Sure, staff are friendly and helpful but the whole experience was a little sterile. Maybe this is what you are looking for and if so, this fine and this will be perfect for you. Food is mediocre for the price, bar staff seemed to be unable to prioritise what to do / who to serve next. No information in the room about the hotel / in room dining etc. Several calls to reception but still no menu / details arrived. On the whole, room was comfortable and well appointed which was all Ii needed, let down by the small details.

Very expensive compared to what it is, it doesn’t feel like we are staying at a radison but a one star hotel. Rooms are not very clean, the towels too old, the bathroom was dirty and got a problem at night couldn’t sleep with the water going the whole night and in the am wasn’t able to use the bathroom. I have been asking them to change my room for the past 5hours, nothing done. The service is very bad as well. And staff unfriendly 👎🏻👎🏻Except for Mr.Ismail the restaurant director that was friendly.
I don’t recommend it at all.

Arrived after a hard days travel for a four night stay to be told that a check in before 3 in the afternoon would result in in an extra half day charge. Already paying 1800 usd for 4 nights! Even with only 1 hour till 3 they want to charge a half day. Not at all customer friendly or focused.

I put down a deposit by credit card, but when I checked out the hotel would not pay back the 206 Euro deposit saying I needed to contact the Central Bank of Gabon for repayment. I was not permitted to charge to my room during week 2 of my stay, which would have reduced the deposit. Hotel says this is procedure but this is criminal to take a deposit and not return it.

Convenient location, easy to reach from the airport, and facing the ocean. Comfortable room, with a great bed. Soundproofing is fine, no noise in the room. Good breakfast. Two swimming pools and a well equipped fitness center.

The room smelled mold and the bathroom was dirty and smelly with some weird stains on the marble walls. Housekeeping could do much better. Also, having currently a curfew in Gabon I was expecting more attention from the hotel, instead of letting guests alone at the airport, waiting for a confirmed shuttle, who never showed up.

I placed a deposit and there were about 150€ left at my check out. They told me that they couldn't give me the refund in cash and promised to transfer it to my bank account and after almost 2 months and plenty calls and visits from my business partner in Gabon, they send a bit of it. So my advise is, don't leave a deposit. I never had such an unprofessional customer treatment anywhere. Aside of that, the behavior of the staff at the reception is a pure insult. It's unbelievable how impolite they are. At the end of my stay, they told me, that the airport taxi is included as a hotel guest. When I arrived at the airport, the taxi driver insisted in getting paid but I didn't have much cash anymore on me.
