I stayed for 4 nights at the end of a business trip. The hotel is in a quiet area not far from the airport. The rooms, whilst small are comfortable enough. The bed was good, with quiet and effective air conditioning. I liked the wood screen that could cover the window, which meant it is completely dark at night. Wifi worked well in the room. The shower is a bit open, meaning the floor gets wet and the water was not very warm. Breakfast I thought was poor. After my first day, I walked down the road to Le Moulin which had good pastries and juice. Dinner in the restaurant was quite good. Parking on site was good. The ATM in reception never once gave any money, despite many attempts.
This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in terms of management. It is now 12AM and people are shouting in the corridor and nobody cares despite complaints by other customers, this is disgusting. I tried to calmly speak to them and they shouted at me, Where is the receptionist?
Spent 12 days and the staff were very kind helpful. From the room service to the waiters and their amazing chef. Thanks to.the management for all their support. They have been very supportive. A place which calm and cause.
Very nice and save location: nearby the US Embassy and the residence of the gabonese president. The staff is very welcoming, the rooms are spacious and well designed. A gym would not be so bad for a little workout before starting the day or to relax after a stressful day.
SO not impressed with this place. If you are vegetarian, you get a mushroom omelette and salad every day. Nothing else on the menu. There were no towels in my shabby room when I arrived. If you speak English, be prepared to be completely ignored by the staff. This place is on the opposite side of the airport from town, so it takes 10 mins by taxi to get to city centre, which you will need to to liven up your eating experiences. There are no shops near this hotel. None. There are no bars or restaurants closer than a 20-30 minute walk. The ATM works sporadically. Wifi in rooms works only if you get a room close to reception, and good luck arranging that. Otherwise prepare to spend a lot of time on the lobby. There is no drinking water provided in the room and no tea/coffee making facilities.…
Nice and comfortable hotel. Staff speak English and are very prompt with service. The rooms are a little on the small side though and there is nowhere to stow your suitcase besides next to the bed on the floor. A pool would be a great attraction.
Onomo is a very nice place … I strongly recommend it for any kind of stay whether it’s for business or pleasure. The staff is very friendly, open minded and kind especially at the reception and restaurant. They listened to me with close attention to satisfy my needs. During my stay, my room was always cleaned up and comfortable with a TV and everything I needed. The air conditioner worked perfectly well and non-stop. The Internet connection was amazingly fast and I was able to use WIFI from my room on my laptop and phone at any time for free. I could also use business center computers without spending one more penny and with no time limitation. My check-in and check-out were super easy and I had taxi every time I asked for it. I got helped with my luggage as well during my check-in and check-out. I also liked the garden. It’s a quiet and pleasant place. I much more appreciated the breakfast which was almost enough for me for the whole day. The staff was very helpful and the service was excellent too. Above all, the management team was great and lovely. Thank you so much Onomo for this fantastic stay. Keep up the good work!…
Went there for an event and I must say, that as soon as we arrived, the staff took care of us right away, with a big smile on their faces. After such a long trip, it was nice to see and feeling welcomed, was even more. After a pretty quick check-in, where I’ve met the manager, who made sure that everything was in order, I went to my modern room and discovered the place. Not a huge room (didn’t book it myself 😊) but everything was there where it needed to. The air conditioning was already on as I came in, not too cold, just the right temperature to great me, given that the heat outside was.. so hot! I went back downstairs a couple of hours later, sat down at the bar and ask for some wine while I was studying quite closely the menu of the restaurant. You have no idea how furnished and delicious was the dishes offered. I couldn’t wait to taste all of them! The hotel manager was fantastic, so available kind and smily. WiFi is offered free of charge and my absolute favorite was the breakfast. Oh my god! I could have had breakfast from the morning to lunch believe me! I’m planning to go back to Libreville soon and I already know where I’ll stay! Onomo, thanks for having us et merci pour nous avoir traité aussi bien. ❤️❤️ Bien amicalement Steeve …
Back in Libreville from March 26-30th, I once again stayed at the Onomo, my favorite "home away from home" hotel. From the staff that have now becoming like family to the cozy comfort of their rooms, I was glad to see that the hotel was maintaining its good standards (clean, comfy, improved internet & great service). They facilitate everything I needed for my training course and the closing ceremony in their beautiful and artsy lobby. Despite being short-staffed (a few hotel employees being on leave), they manage to give me the top-rated (smile included) and personalized service I am now used to at the ONOMO. Thanks again! I look forward to my next stay :)
Stayed for a week at the hotel and it was a business trip. Reception staff speak English with great difficulty and incompetence .. The style of the reception staff in reply is bad and not unusual especially the fat employee .. There is no transfer from or to the airport. After checking out, I asked them to ask for a taxi to take me to the airport. And reply was There was no taxis available now and I had to walk by the sun with my luggage a long distance until I found a taxi.
