Seble Kebede was a real life saver when the accommodation that I booked fell through. She organised another room and was helpful with my personal situation. The room itself was large and clean. I would highly recommend this guest house.

The price was right, The place was very quiet, the place was super clean, the staff were attentive, the owners were friendly and even the guests were relaxed and easy to talk to. The place seems to attract friendly guests and the placement of the dining tables and chairs (all joined and in a straight line), were conducive to conversation at breakfast. I did not like this arrangement but I see why they did it now. You had no choice but to sit next to someone you don't know and ultimately start to chat with one another. Breakfast; the only meal prepared in the facility, consisted of mostly starchy, fried tidbits that I did not like very much but you could ask for eggs any style, there is cereal and milk, hot coffee and tea and juice every day. Fruits were served rarely and when served they are cut up bananas and or mangos. Spanish couples in the process of adopting Ethiopian kids seem to choose this guest house and it was nice to watch the interaction between prospective parents and prospective adopted children. (The parents spoke in Spanish and the kids spoke Amharic and somehow they understood each other!). I most definitely will stay at this place again and highly recommend it. I also need to mention that the local market (gullit), "All Mart" siupermarket and Maxview Fitness center (with its state of the art gym equipments, spas and massages )are a walking distance from this guest house. For someone staying for a long time there are two room apartments which stay occupied most of the time, So if you want one of those, you might have to inquire ahead of your trip. Hope this has been of some help to someone

Stayed here for a work trip. Staff was very accommodating and helpful where they could be. Clean hotel, laundry service and lots of space in the rooms. Many rooms have kitchens so request one of these if you plan on doing your own cooking. Tasty and affordable coffee shop right next door and other meal options around the neighbourhood. I'd stay here again!
