Good amenities, facilities and service. Eritreans are great people with great hospitality. Good bar and restaurant. Breakfast not good enough though. Located centrally, with good foot access to businesses.

ending on hot water sorry not hot berly warm. Service is tragic and with each gets worst. Food also got worst. It was my fourth visit and after 4 days I have decided to change. Everything has it's limits.

Nice and helpful staff, historic c style, lots of atmosphere, however, rather run-down rooms and no breakfast included. The hotel is close to main street, Harnet Avenue, and surroundings are wonderful. Outside of the hotel the staff serve bar items in a nice setting.

Emba Soira and Hamasien are two separate hotels. Emba Soira (former Imperial Hotel) was buil in 60' and up the 90' was the best hotel in Asmara. very big rooms, all with inside bathroom, hot water, balcony, Tv and telephone. Still furnished with original furniture...More

we stayed in the embasoira building for 3 nights and paid 1100 in local currency. hotel has a prime location near Downtown and in the diplomatic area. breakfast was included and was acceptable. the hotel is somewhat worn just like the country itself but Clean...More

Very decent. Around 40 USD/night I think. Use dollars or Euro, or show reciept of recent currency change in Himbol to oay in local currency.
