A quite and secure place to relax and unwind from your busy week. The food is good and the staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and they change linen daily. They also have modern fixtures. They have a clean swimming pool.

Nestled in a rural, tranquil setting with huge grounds, Tlotlo Hotel and Conference centre is a new hotel that promises comfort however it disappoints as the gym equipment was broken, room utilities were broken and general conference service lacking. The WIFI was generally poor to non existent on some days which was a huge hindrance to our training as we were relying on internet to carry our research. On some days we had to wait for the cables to connect to the projector especially when the hotel conference venues were fully booked. The only redeeming quality the hotel has is the chef who was able to offer local cuisine -Seswaa that was tasty and delectable.

I was there for a meeting and didn't actually stay, but ate lunch there. Almost every restaurant I know of in Gabs (have spent several weeks on several trips over the last three years) caters to western food tastes and lacks the regular meal quality that you begin to look for when you are away from home for over a week--something you would cook up in your own kitchen. The hotel here serves traditional Botswana food. That is, Sorghum & other grains, vegetables and an assortment of simply made meats. The food is delicious... there was a buffet, the vegetables were fresh and made very well with great spices--not overcooked either, the salad bar had lots of little bean and other salads to choose from along with the usual lettuce and tomatoes, and there was an assortment of good looking cakes & jellos, and fresh fruit salad for dessert. I would eat there every day I am here if I could.

I had a really bad experience here. I don't know if it was just a one time thing or if it happens all the time but I personally will not ever stay here again. A large group went here for a conference. The staff was overwhelmed and 70% of us got food poisoning. Lots of inconvenient things occurred and it was not resolved well with the hotel staff. There are many awesome hotels in Gaborone. I would not choose this one.

Nicely located and about 10 min to CBD. Because of its location it provides great tranquility and peace of mind. The Rooms are very spacious and modern with Air Conditioning.

Food is excellent and incorporates both local and international dishes.

I was in good Hands from the check in up to check out of my stay at Tlotlo Hotel.Friendly staff and always willing to assist 24 hours.I loved the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, the meals and the Gym room, very equipped.Besides that the waiters need more training on customer service and gestures.

Our stay here was horrible specially considering that electricity was mostly down. Their customer service is even worse, they couldn’t assist with basic answers as regarding electricity. I would think that investing in a generator noting that they have an electricity problem. I barely worked properly at the hotel during my stay.

Unfortunately an pleasant experience has been squashed by the bad customer service. It has taken us 4 months to get a refund from a corporate event held at the hotel which is disappointing (well we yet to get the refund so it could be longer than 4 months). I have been following up persistently with zero effort from their end, no apology whatsoever. Noone calls with any update or apologizes for the delay, the level of rudeness is just on another level. Finally received a proof of payment but never received the funds. Another nightmare trying to follow up. If there is a senior person running the show please intervene and bring sanity and professionalism into that place.

It is such a beautiful hotel with excellent service. Everything is just golden. I stayed there for a full week and lived like a Queen. It is a bit far from town but there is a hotel shuttle for your convenience.
