By local standards this is a good hotel, but by international standards it matches price but falls short in terms of general courtesy, efficiency, consistency of service and expectations. Despite the inefficiencies staff appear to be overpopulated and over-supervised and a lot of very basic mistakes are made in delivering standard guest services. There are exceptions. The room cleaning service... More

OK, reality check: We're in Sub-Saharan Africa, so don't expect much. It's about a three star hotel if we compare to international standards, but, that said, it's the best hotel in the city. The food is ok, if a little overpriced. Best to get to the buffets early, as the food just sits there. The swimming pool was too cold... More

A tastefully decorated hotel with beautiful gardens. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are a bit small. The restaurant serves a great buffet breakfast. There is also a good steakhouse on the facility. Wifi is good. The staff are very professional. They offer room service meals as well, although I was not impressed with mine. Overall a... More

To be business leader in hospitality, invest in customer service. World class has joyous and courteous reservation centre since their the eyes of the organisation. Restuarant service is also very important, therefore the person assisting should listen attentively and if could not take decision, have to call the Superior to assist accordingly.

I stayed at the Peermont Hotel Grand Palm while on a business trip to Gaborone. It is situated in impressive surroundings and is a hotel that can cater for families on holidays and business travelers as well. Besides having excellent business facilities, the hotel includes other amenities which are on par with the best international standards. There is room for... More

If you are concerned about security in your hotel then this one isn't recommended. On two nights we were woken by someone trying to enter our room with a pass key! Bin in bathroom was not emptied for two days and the room safe did not work. Not even a complimentary bottle of water in the room.
