Pristine premises and very friendly, polite and helpful staff made our stay to short. Rooms are serviced with clean towels every day. The zoo (pig, peacock , dogs, cats, huge hens, and bird life) gave us a "belong" feeling. The best service from staff ever experienced. The "open Kitchen, with complementary coffee& tea, was well equipped. It is comforting to... More

My friends and I had been traveling for about 8 months, 2 of those months having been in the Kalahari Desert of southern Botswana, when we came to Mokolodi Backpackers! It was a place of rest and recovery! The staff was beyond wonder and helpful, especially when we decided to stay an extra night! There is a restaurant on the... More

Very interesting accommodations that were very clean and authentically African, nice rooms and clean bathrooms. Also had a neat hammock, camping and bonfire areas, as well as a pool. Would definitely stay here... More

A lovely, chilled backpackers just outside of Gaborone. Quite difficult to get to if you don't have your own transport, but definitely worth it! The backpackers is located very close to the beautiful Mokolodi nature reserve. Staff were amazingly friendly.
