I've been a month in this hotel, the staff is always helpful and with a smile on their faces. The food is really good and the service is good as well. If you are planing to have dinner on the bar near the swimming pool (8th floor), make sure that you have plenty of time, their

This place is comfortable, the service is pretty good, and the breakfast is delicious. Our room had minor faults, but they fixed them fast and their engineer was the first hotel engineer I've met who wanted to fix issues not leave them until the next shift. The room did need a

I've been staying at the hotel for a week, here on business, and I do believe it was a good choice. My room is small but quiet, fairly comfortable, and I have a small fridge and enough water to keep me hydrated. The staff is also very sweet if you can get them to crack a

Dear Guest, Thank you for your kind review. We truly appreciate your kind words about our Hotel and service.I am very happy that you enjoyed our fairly comfortable and quiet room, not forggeting the lovely area in the 8th(top) floor, around the pool to watch the sun set. However, there is bathub in executive and suite rooms, and we provide laundry service. We took note of your suggestion regarding the breakfast buffet for vegetarians, we are already working towards to improve it. Your comments have a great value to us and will contribute to improve our overall services and guest’s enjoyment. We look forward to welcome you again in the near future. Best Regards, Elisabeth Castro Front-Office Manager

This hotel has so much potential, it is modern, on the waterfront etc. The rooms are a decent size, modern, clean, good aircon, quiet and comfy beds. Wifi is poor, bathroom smallish with only a shower and no bath. Housekeeping did not renew my liquid soap and shampoo, the towels

I heard this hotel is not taking American express credit card. Is this right?
Can I use American Express to pay for my stay and meals at Hotel Baia?
Not sure if my first Answer went through. No AMEX cannot be used at the hotel but you can use a Travel agency outside of Angola to manage and process the payments. It is safer that way. I use Go Corporation Travel and they do a very good job and your card info is secure. you would contact them to book and confirm the room then you just sign out an in a few days you get your charges in an email and your card is charged. They are in Portugal You can look them up by doing INFO AT there name no spaces period com
