Angola is a superb country I spent a few days at the palmeiras suite hotel it was a superb hotel with all amenities gr8 food and superb service. While in Luanda I saw the national museum of slavery, quicama national park fortress of San Miguel and iron palace. I spent 3 days in the country but it’s superb country with one of the most beautiful women in Africa. A true tourist paradise

My first impression was one of an exceptionally well turned out hotel. The staff are simply fantastic and stand-outs are Roger on the front desk and Raquel Cruz in admissions. Their friendliness and professionalism are highly commendable and they are a credit to their hotel. The room was spotless and the cleaning staff exceptionally courteous. The food was pleasant and the chef's and waiters only to eager to help you out. I will definitely go back to the Palmeiras it was like a home away from home.

The location is perfect for those who don’t need to go to town for early morning meetings. Traffic to town in the morning is a nightmare. My meetings are all in Viana. The rooms are very well equipped, kitchenette, flawless fast internet, comfortable beds, quiet rooms. Good showers. Only issue is the restaurant staff downstairs who don’t speak any English

The large rooms, suites, do help in terms of space but some of that space should have been used for the cramped toilet and bathroom. Decent service level, although for frequent travellers it might be a good idea to ensure less of a staff churn, in order to see families faces every six weeks instead of new everytime. The best team is in the all day dining on ground floor and the worst on the rooftop restaurant. The service is fantastic on ground floor and more than appalling on terrace! The corridor music can be switched off at nights. The options in kettle, number of water bottles every day and choices in minibar could be increased. Generally a good hotel for three four nights.

This hotel is ideal for people travelling to Angola for long periods. Spacious room, bathroom is a bit cramp and the telephone is just a frustration as to where it is mounted. Good selection for breakfast and the nicest sweet treats made from peanuts. The waiters are not all very fluent in English which makes it a bit difficult to asked for service. Overall it a good choice to stay for business.
