What a great group of people in an enviable location on the border. Quaint and comfortable in a world of its own - so relaxing. While the rooms are not big and very open plan, who cares, you only sleep in them, the rest of the time your out and about

Dear Guest Thank you taking the time to write your review on Trip Advisor. Part of the lodge's appeal is it's small and personal atmosphere and we are glad that the room size did not hamper your experience and that you enjoyed your time in the beautiful African bush with us. Warm Regards The Imbabala Team

If you are looking for a warm, family atmosphere, Imbabala is great. Strongly suggested for Eco-tourism. Our Guide was informative and engaging. The staff was attentive without being overbearing. The food variety, including local specialties, was very good.

We had a fabulous 24 hour family break at this lovely lodge very near the Kazangula border post. John and Sarah, the camp managers, were very welcoming, Richard was a fantastic guide and the staff were excellent. This is probably not the place if you are looking to see a huge variety of animals but if it is birds you...
