I cant say enough about this magical place. Every person working there was warm and friendly and wanted us to be happy. The room was very comfortable, the food was quite good. The excursions were outstanding. Everything we did became the " best". We saw amazing animals right at the hotel. It was very affordable as well. This was much better than we dreamed it might be.
This place is all the reviews tell you and more! Wonderful Friendly service by every employee you cross paths with, nice clean property surrounded by parks, natural wildlife and beautiful sunsets. We didn't realize how many perks came with being in the Club rooms on the property. The rooms were clean and spacious with a great view. We had our meals in each restaurant on the property and everything was delicious with impeccable service.
This hotel was really great - comfortable and updated rooms, great breakfast, great staff. The gym and pool were really nice. It's close to everything and you can see wild game from your room. The manager, Lin was SPECTACULAR! She really made the experience.
We just got back from a wonderful stay at Victoria Falls Safari Club! Everything about this place was beyond our expectations. The room was beautiful. The watering hole where we saw impala, kudu, baboons, and multiple birds visit daily was delightful!A couple of evenings we even saw a dozen a dozen or so elephants with their young as well as 5 lions on another day. The staff here are so friendly! The service at the Club is exceptional. We particularly enjoyed Lin, Zeb, Laverne and Tandy but everyone we encountered were so hospital. Inno in reservations was so nice and patient and answered by emails promptly. I will recommend this place to anyone visiting South Africa!
The Safari Club was everything we were hoping for and so much more during our short two-night stay. It was the perfect place for us to stop in between tented safari camps. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially Anald Musonza the General Manager of the property. He took the time to welcome us and discuss our trip. The Safari Club Room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was awesome, and the tub was huge. Also, having laundry service complimentary was a wonderful perk seeing we were on limited luggage requirements because of our safari camp bush planes. Our room overlooked the Vulture tree (yes there were 100’s of vultures sitting in a tree outside our room) and the watering hole where animals stopped by for a drink morning, noon, and night. Included in the stay is the daily feeding of the vultures. It is a must-see event. There was a courtesy van that took you around the town and to Victoria Falls. The breakfast buffet and the high tea assortment of drinks and food were outstanding. We ate at the Buffalo Bar for lunch and the quesadilla was to die for. The one challenge we had was the food at the MaKuwa-Kuma restaurant and the restaurant inside the Club was just okay, but it did not change our five-star view of the property, staff and management. If you want a comfortable place to stay to visit the sights and sounds of Victoria Falls or just need a place to stay on business, we highly recommend Victoria Falls Safari Club. …
We stayed at the VF Safari Club for 3 nights, not knowing what to expect. It was fabulous from the welcoming to the final check-out. The room was spacious, the main lodge a spectacular place to view the sunset (and sometimes game), and the pool, inviting But the best for us was the staff--professional, helpful, and accommodating. They helped us plan our activities and transportation, made sure I ate gluten-free, and enlivened our visit. Highly recommend the Club!
All round great service, rooms at Safari Lodge are just what you need for a two night stay. I stayed at Club Suites for one night and it was absolutely mind-blowing! For those who want to spoil themselves a little extra, go the extra mile and pay for the upgrade, it is worth every cent!
Let me make one thing clear as it took me forever to figure out the difference, both the Vic Falls Safari Club and Vic Falls Safari Lodge are the same facility. Vic Falls Safari Club is the more expensive premium section. I am now commenting on the Vic Falls Safari Club. The room/ suite really shocked me with the space, the design, cleanliness and particularly the mosquito net which was very effective (I have to say I didnt see a single mosquito inside the room during my stay eventhough there were many of them outside in the morning). I had a very exclusive service. You do feel like a VIP in an African-Safari version of an Emirates airport lounge with fresh drinks, quietness and abundance of nature around you. Excellent well prepared omelette. You can see antelope while having breakfast (bring powerful zoom phones/ cameras). A/C was brand new and modern. I loved the experience. Very different not comparable to others.…
I loved the home away from home hospitality, away from the "busyness" of the town yet still close to all amnesties. The staff was helpful and proactive, the animal interaction - the waterhole sundowners, sunset watching and cruise topped off by the BOMA experience are a must have.
As a solo traveller I was warmly welcomed at the Safari lodge and Safari Club and had such a wonderful experience. The staff was always ready to assist, the food was world class and I created some wonderful memories here. The accommodation was comfortable and I simply can't wait to return to Victoria Falls and this time with family
